29/10/2025: We've been returning to this hotel for a few years to celebrate our anniversary, and even though we've already visited all the nearby places, we always return for the hospitality, the excellent cuisine, and the truly excellent table service. I highly recommend it, also for the spa, which is fantastic.

03/10/2025: This was our first time staying at a hotel with half board. We will definitely be back. We even extended our stay spontaneously. The welcome upon arrival was truly warm, and the entire stay felt very familiar. The service at breakfast and dinner (5 courses as standard) was unbeatable. Always very warm, friendly, and extremely attentive. The quality of the food was exceptionally high, always using local products. Unfortunately, the hotel only has 3 stars, but in my opinion, it deserves a fourth. The wellness area and the entire spa offering, including massages for every treatment, are also incredibly positive. Simply a wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. And I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the decor throughout the hotel, with so many loving details. I would also like to extend a huge compliment to the entire staff. Stay the way you are.

12/10/2025: We stayed at the hotel for five days in mid-September this year and felt very comfortable from start to finish. A real highlight, besides the excellent service, was the fantastic food.

24/08/2025: Terrible experience. We stopped for coffee on a Sunday afternoon. The town was deserted, and that alone should have put us off. We went inside because the shaded tables were occupied. No one moved, no one at the counter. After 10 minutes, the ladies sitting outside left angrily. We took seats in the shade. The barista arrived, and we asked for two portions of chocolate ice cream (1 scoop) with decaf coffee. A few minutes passed, and two glasses of vanilla ice cream and coffee arrived. We pointed out that it was chocolate. He came back in and after a few minutes came out with a glass: I only have one chocolate scoop, should I leave it like that? Moral of the story: €4.50 for half a scoop of cheap chocolate and a coffee, which we'll never know if it's decaf or not...

15/11/2025: Great little hotel in a beautiful part of the world. I can't say enough about how the staff made us feel welcome. We had a half-board package and the food was amazing. Will definitely return!

28/10/2025: Our first impression of this venerable old inn, with its steep stairs and narrow rooms, was quite positive. The atmosphere was pleasant, the rooms tastefully restored, cozy, and clean. Dinner itself was excellently prepared. However, the portions were so small that we felt mocked. For example, the three postage-stamp-sized pieces of meat in the main course could have fit on a soup spoon. There was also a halved king oyster mushroom and a smear of sauce. Nothing else, absolutely nothing. For dessert, a scoop of vanilla ice cream the size of a walnut, garnished with a red paint splatter. We aren't big eaters, but we were far from satisfied and found the attempt to cram such a tiny portion onto a large plate quite irritating. Perhaps this was supposed to be gourmet cuisine? What was offered here certainly wasn't. The breakfast buffet was similarly meager. The selection was very limited, but this bothered us less. What was absolutely unacceptable, however, was that the buffet wasn't replenished. When we arrived for breakfast at 9:00, the buffet was already empty of natural yogurt, ham, butter, and juice. Essentially, only bread, a bowl of canned peaches, and a bowl of pink fruit yogurt remained. Nothing was replenished; on the contrary, the last remaining slice of sausage was cleared away while we were still eating. We could hear the staff chatting cheerfully from the kitchen, but our attempts to get some butter and a second cup of coffee were ignored. No one paid any attention to us. Once again, we left the table dissatisfied. There were other annoyances, including some concerning the hotel management. Going into detail about them would be beyond the scope of this review. All in all, we were left with a rather tarnished impression of this otherwise attractive hotel.

27/07/2025: That was place just at out hotel.... great ice-cream, "basil and lime" rocked :). We have enjoyed ice-creams and caffe frappe there each day of our stay in Riva Del Garda

30/08/2025: The property didn't make us miss hotel holidays like we had previously. It's located in the center of San Giovanni, which in turn is perfectly located in the Aurina Valley. It's a small town well-served with supermarkets, pizzerias, and pastry shops, without the crowds found in nearby Campo Tures. The property is located directly across from the church and the tourist office. It's 20 steps from the bus stop for Casere and 100 steps from the bus stop for Brunico, passing through Campo Tures, which can be reached in about 10 minutes and offers plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars for those seeking a little more action. The apartment, My Happiness, ours, is well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped. It features a living area with a large kitchen, a bedroom, and a small bedroom. All three rooms have a TV. The furnishings and floors are wooden. The bathroom is very large and comfortable, with a very large walk-in shower. Viktor and Daniela were very hospitable and eager to accommodate our needs, both in terms of advice and support. The spa is small and welcoming and can be used by reservation to save energy, as it's rarely in demand. I used it alone on a few days. The hot tub wasn't available because it was empty, but they probably would have filled it if I'd asked. The laundry room was excellent and convenient for a few euros. Besides appreciating the facility and hospitality, we loved the location, as it was just a few minutes by bus or on foot from where we could explore the valley all the way to Brunico. Several hiking trails also start from the property. I highly recommend this property, as it hasn't made me miss the 4-star hotels I've stayed in so far.

03/10/2025: We had a nice dinner, although we had trouble choosing given the extensive pizza menu. We had a solid pizza, although it appeared to be made from whole wheat or spelt flour. The salad looked carelessly presented, but tasted very good. The service was overall okay. The waitress was nice. The ambiance reminded us more of an old saloon than a pizzeria.

14/09/2025: We were recommended this place by a local friend. Finding a parking space wasn't easy. The place is quite busy. The food was very good; we only had pasta and a pizza. The fish was absolutely rave about it, but we didn't try it. There's no view or anything; the place is in the middle of town and nicely decorated in a rustic style. It has various booths perfect for couples. We'll be back. 😃 Next time by bike!

03/10/2025: We were there for a Törggele evening. The restaurant was packed, and the staff was really friendly. We had a lovely evening there.

17/09/2025: Very good location as name suggests. It is a great ‘town’ stop to rest before the next leg of our backpacking trip. The room is clean and we love that we had a balcony. Meals are satisfying and tasty. Also appreciate how involved the owners are in the hotel’s operations.
