21/10/2025: I came here because of the high rating and good reviews but honestly it was disappointing We ordered two latte macchiatos and one cappuccino they tasted mostly like milk and were served cold We also tried the chocolate and cream roll but it wasnt fresh at all and was very dry Unfortunately nothing we tried was enjoyable

01/06/2025: A very nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were incredibly delicious. We were there with two children (9 and 12 years old), and both loved the food. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented; even seconds were no problem. The hotel is located in the village center, a bus stop is a minute away, and the location is perfect for starting hikes. Melanie gave us excellent tips and recommendations for excursions and hikes. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the hotel! Thank you very much, Melanie, Andreas, and the team!

01/09/2025: A lovely mountain hut, easily accessible from Val Piana, both by car (if you're a guest) and on foot (about a 20-minute walk, easily manageable even for those with limited fitness levels, as it's on a dirt road). The food is typical mountain hut fare. Unfortunately, there's not much room to stretch out or perhaps rest in the sun, but if you want to grab a bite to eat after visiting Val Piana (which is wonderful), it's easily doable.

22/11/2025: Booked for 8:30 PM, walked in, and no one was there to greet us. At 9:10 PM, we still hadn't been seated. We left and went somewhere else. If you can't manage the reservations, there's no point in taking them, especially since it's not yet high season.

20/11/2025: The pizzas are quite good in my opinion, they still need a little work but they are on the right track.

15/09/2025: A beautiful mountain lodge located at the foot of the ski lift. A quick coffee break before attending the "Foresta degli Innovatori," an annual event organized by Vaia, this chalet is a gem on the Vezzena Pass. Constantin welcomed us with a smile and helpfulness. The rooms are clean and very tidy.

07/09/2025: I stopped in for a break on Sunday at 5:00 PM. I had a macchiato and an ice cream for €2, the final price was €5. Okay, that's fair enough. What I didn't like was that when I asked her to clean the table and bench, which had been soiled by previous customers, the girl responded with an annoyed grimace. When she brought my order, she placed the coffee cup and the ice cream, without a saucer, on top of the crumbs. I can understand this at a time when it was crowded, but there were probably only about 10 people there. It's a shame because in the future I've been wanting to stop by and try the food, so I'll keep going.

01/09/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Ristorante La Rotonda for the official presentation of Alessandro Bencivenga's film "The Invisible Red Thread," and it was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful stay. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, tasty, and prepared with great care. Breakfast was equally appreciated: rich, varied, and plentiful. A special thank you to the owners, exceptional people who run the property with passion, friendliness, and great hospitality. In short: a welcoming, well-managed place with excellent cuisine. Highly recommended for both a stay and a visit to the area.

24/09/2025: We stayed at the Steinerhof for four nights with our dog, Apollo. It was so wonderful with you, we felt truly at home. The delicious breakfast, prepared with so much love and warmth, was truly amazing. Then the incredibly delicious and plentiful dinner was truly 5-star quality! Kathy cooks so wonderfully! It was an all-around wonderful vacation with you. We parked our car on Sunday and started the day from there. We went on beautiful hikes in fantastic weather ☀️🤗 Thank you so much for everything Kathrin, Marko, and Apollo 🐾😘

16/09/2025: We were privileged to spend two wonderful weeks at the Steinerhof farm at the beginning of August. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you so much for the warmth and the fun conversations over a glass of schnapps in the evenings. We stayed in the old farmer's suite. The charm of the 400-year-old wood was immediately captivating, so it wasn't a problem to duck your head in the doorway. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy. But that's what old houses bring. The food in the farm tavern is also highly recommended. You shouldn't miss the homemade syrups or schnapps. A big thank you goes to Dora, who looked after us so well during our riding in the arena and on our trail rides. The trail rides in particular are pure adventure; the horses are absolutely relaxed (when I think of ours ;-) ) and sure-footed. It's also great to be able to go into the stables and cuddle at any time. In Pfelders, you can simply leave the car behind and relax. Waking up in the morning with such a panorama just makes you feel good. The village festival on the Feast of the Assumption was a lovely way to end the day. Thanks for the wonderful time. 20/11/2025: Fantastic facility. The wellness center and spa are spectacular. Everything is meticulously maintained, tidy, and clean. They're very close to Vipiteno and the A22 exit. I've never seen such an exceptional view from the relaxation areas. The evening buffet could be larger, and it could be replenished.

03/11/2025: We certainly weren't expecting such a modern café here. The atmosphere is very nice and pleasant, and there's also outdoor seating. The coffee was really good, and of course we took the opportunity to buy some treats, as they also sell oils, jams, and other products.

03/11/2025: Wonderful resort nestled in the mountains of Val d'Ega with an excellent welcome for our four-legged friends. First of all, we'd like to congratulate Alice, Esteban, Loris, and all the staff, who were incredibly kind and professional! Thank you, you made our holiday even more enjoyable! The property is beautiful in typical mountain style, the spa is lovely, and our room was large and had a beautiful view! The quality of the food and the wine cellar are also worthy of mention.

21/10/2025: The Ganischger Mountain Resort & Spa provided me, my extremely discerning Slow Alps guests, with first-class accommodations and hospitality for our "Gourmet Hiking Week" from July 20th to 26th, 2025. Everything was top-notch: a four-course evening meal with wine pairing, Ganis's 3/4 board, which also leaves nothing to be desired for guests taking a break during the day, and individually coordinated, reliable, and punctual shuttle transfers to our daily, different hiking start and finish points in the breathtaking Rosengarten and Latemar massifs. The cooperation with the hotel management was always warm and accommodating, and any concerns that arose were easily resolved. The next two Slow Alps hiking weeks are already booked – and I'm already looking forward to being a guest of the Ganis team again with my respective Slow Alps hiking group!
