Seven of us arrived around 12:30; we were greeted and seated. Our orders and dishes were served promptly. After lunch, we waited 45 minutes for a waiter to come to our table (despite the fact that they were clearing nearby tables and the restaurant was half-empty). After calling him, he brought the dessert menu, but after 15 minutes, we decided to order coffee and dessert at the counter.

It's my favorite fast food chain. And I've eaten well in Trento too. The staff is friendly and efficient.

It was okay, but it was Mother's Day. There was too little staff for over 30 tables, and after waiting 1.5 hours, the food was cold. It was probably due to Mother's Day, but still not fair.
We had to wait about 40 minutes to order and get a table.

Old Wild West - Trento Le Albere is a very pleasant place for a casual dinner.
The western-style atmosphere is welcoming and quaint, perfect for a break from the usual routine. The food is simple but tasty, with well-made burgers and grilled meats and generous portions.
Service is generally quick and courteous. Overall, it's a good choice if you want a hassle-free meal in a casual and relaxed setting.

Fantastic experience at Old Wild West in Trento! The meat was excellent and cooked to perfection, the staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere in the Le Albere neighborhood is always a delight. Fast service and a very refined atmosphere; we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Great American-style steakhouse experience in Trento.
The burgers and ribs were juicy and well-seasoned.
Portions are huge - perfect for sharing.
Service was fast and staff were really friendly.
Love the Wild West themed interior, great for families with kids.
Will definitely come back!

Great experience at Old Wild West! Really good sandwiches, fast service, and a pleasant atmosphere. A special mention goes to the staff: everyone is very kind, helpful, and always smiling, which makes dinner even more enjoyable. You can see how much they care about their customers. I'll definitely be back!
