Always everything is fine, we are "at home" now

The restaurant is very nicely decorated, all in wood, with a Western-style feel. The food is mediocre; the sandwiches are quite good, while the meat and fish dishes tend to be very salty. The service is barely adequate; the place was busy, so a bit of a wait is understandable, but if they're told to serve children first and adults can wait, and instead, adults are served first and children arrive much later, something in the organization needs rethinking (in a place that claims to be baby-friendly).

The food has lost some quality, especially the meat, which was cold and too fatty; the chicken wings were truly awful. But the place is very nice and has become a Trento staple. The prices are reasonable, but I wouldn't recommend it highly; there are better options in the area. The strong points remain the peanuts and the location.

They fail to make the leap in quality in the average

We've dined here several times. We've always had a great time! The food has always been very good, and the staff is polite, even if they're always in a hurry. On weekends, the place can be crowded and you might have to wait for a table. Pleasant atmosphere, I would recommend it❤️

This Old Wild West establishment is very welcoming; the food is delicious, especially the burgers and the appetizers. I personally recommend the BBQ Burger and the Appetizers Mix. The waiters also contribute to the welcoming atmosphere. There's also an extensive gluten free menu full of options, and they're really considerate and careful about cross-contamination.

Good food and efficient and helpful staff

It is not a simple restaurant, it is like being in a second home, the welcome that envelops you is unique, all thanks to the location of both the themed restaurant but above all the outdoor space (LE ALBERE) which makes everything pleasant, a big thank you to the manager Talla for the excellent service and professionalism and a thank you to all the guys who work both in the dining room and kitchen to keep the experience always pleasant and relaxing, I recommend the grill and the grand canyon mix

Five of us arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were immediately given a table. We were even able to watch a bit of the game, given our excellent position relative to the screen. We were served excellent and plentiful food in a more than reasonable amount of time. The platter for two, ordered for me and one of my two daughters, was very much appreciated and generous. The only drawback: since the table was a short distance from the entrance and it was a rather chilly evening outside, when people entered, gusts of cold air blew in, despite the restaurant being well-heated. If the outermost of the two doors could also be kept closed, it would be enough to greatly reduce this (bearable) inconvenience. 😉 Or, if not already present, installing an air curtain might be helpful. Excellent meat and friendly, young staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.
