18/06/2025: A wonderful experience in a truly beautiful location overlooking Montalcino. The food was delicious, and the staff truly shared their knowledge of the garden's vegetable garden.
The only slight drawback was that the wine list was missing a bit, but I'll be back!

Our server was the son of family that owns the restaurant... also fabulous and gracious.
19/05/2025: Io e mio marito siamo stati per due sere consecutive a cena in questa trattoria che ci era stata segnalata dalla proprietaria del resort dove alloggiavamo… devo dire che il consiglio è stato azzeccato! Cibo semplice e cucinato con amore (non perdetevi la mousse di ricotta di pecora con miele e cantucci sbriciolati!) e personale simpatico e gentile. Una tappa qui e’ d’obbligo!

08/07/2025: We had a wonderful stay at Castello Banfi — the property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan views. The service was top-notch throughout our visit; the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we didn’t get the Junior Suite we had booked. While the room we were given was still lovely, it was a bit disappointing not to receive the specific accommodation we had looked forward to.
That said, the overall experience was still exceptional — we’d definitely come back and recommend it to others!

24/05/2025: Restaurant traditionnel à la décoration un peu désuète mais avec beaucoup de charme. La cuisine est elle aussi traditionnelle mais très bien exécutée et permet de decouvrir une autre cuisine de Toscane. Service agréable dans un endroit calme.
