08/12/2024: Scegliamo di fare colazione uscendo da via Agnolo Firenzuola e tenere la sinistra vista Duomo. Il Caffè fa angolo in piazza con tavolini e sedute anche all'esterno. Interno con alcuni posti a sedere, offerta gustosissima di brioches e salato. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Curatissimo.

The online name "Lore's Masterpiece" gives no idea of ​​what type of business this is, but as seen on the physical sign, this is a cafe. Pleasant and homely environment. Our breakfast met my expectations.

The staff was kind, attentive and professional, making the experience even more pleasant. The waiting times were perfect, and the value for money is right. I recommend this restaurant.

05/08/2024: I doubt I'll go back, I was there for a birthday, sat down at 9.30pm and by 11pm we had finished "eating". We had to ask for more cold cuts because we had been brought a platter for 9 people (when it should have been one platter for every 4). The pizzas were counted (it was a pizza round, the same waiter told us that 20 had been made for 30 people). The dessert order was taken twice because the menu was not brought to the entire table but only to part of it. The first bottle of wine tasted and smelled a little like vinegar (I asked 4 other people before telling the waiter), to the question "Can you tell me the characteristics of this wine?" I was told the name and vintage… As for the location (the one outside) it was nice.

04/08/2024: Nice place, congratulations, especially the outside, shame about the very noisy table which was in the beautiful external "garden" which could have been avoided by using many of the internal tables which remained empty during the evening. Unfortunately the service left something to be desired, at least in the first part of the dinner. We'll try again. From a place like Mangia you would expect greater attention. The food is good, the ice cream is very good, the tarte tatin is something else though.

12/08/2024: We stayed here overnight after returning from a trip abroad. The stage turned out to be very pleasant. The rooms are spacious, breakfast offers a wide choice and parking is convenient. The swimming pool also gave us the opportunity to relax from the tiredness of the journey. If you travel by car the location is strategic.

08/08/2024: I went there with my parents for one night, unfortunately they had already booked the room with a pool view. So the view from the window was not nice to look at. I have celiac disease and when I told them they were scared since they only have one kitchen so the risk of contamination was very high. Thank goodness they were able to make me a gluten free pizza and luckily I had no problems. For breakfast they were stocked with gluten-free desserts and I drank two cups of hot milk. The room was clean and the bathroom was too

15/12/2024: The service staff is not up to the standard of the place, a negative experience, try to make the customers respect them!!!!....otherwise the customers will be disappointed and you will have an empty place!!!!!

15/12/2024: I set a table for my birthday for 18 people, the food was good but the service was extremely poor. I had brought the cake for my birthday (cake for 30 people) and there were 18 of us, so the cake had to be left over. When I went to pay, I asked him to give me back the leftover cake, like every restaurant does; the answer was (changed a couple of times): At the beginning they told me it was finished, but in reality it wasn't because it was for 30 people and some people didn't even want it, so it had to move forward. Having said this to the waiters, they changed their story, telling me that they had THROWN IT AWAY (a cake brought from outside the place complete with a receipt). Therefore rude, liars, opportunists. It's a shame because the restaurant is one of the best in Prato, but service comes first for a consumer.
