05/02/2026: After many attempts at good takeout pizza, we've come across fifty shades of pizza. For us, it's the best pizza in Prato. Thin, crispy, and made with quality ingredients. The dough is super digestible, and you can choose from a wide variety. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, all fresh. The service is courteous, fast, and, above all, everyone is very helpful.

We also had the fried pizza 😋 for an appetizer and a fantastic baba 🤤 to finish the meal.
I highly recommend it. As a Prato native, I have to admit I'd never been here, and I'm sorry. I'll definitely make up for lost time.
Very informal atmosphere.
The dining areas are separate from the main office.
There's no cover charge because everything is disposable.
Only two tips: make sure there's a supply of paper napkins in the dining areas and perhaps find a pre-heated area.

The menu seems to fit perfectly with the setting; all the products are locally sourced, with a focus on vegetarian options and refined yet simple ingredients.
Prices are reasonable, and the dishes are beautifully crafted, refined, and delicate on the palate. The photos speak for themselves; the noodles are delicious, and the slow-cooked pumpkin is a feast for the taste buds.

23/11/2025: Perfect bistro for brunch or lunch. The low music and limited seating create a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, just like home. I appreciate the limited menu, which ensures consistently fresh, high-quality ingredients. They offer seasonal, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. The dishes are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. We also tried shirataki and nasi goreng, which were excellent! The service was also impeccable: prompt and courteous. I recommend booking, especially on weekends.

It's very popular, so parking isn't always easy. Thank you so much for your hard work and your presence in a Prato that's now lacking in Italian traditions and eateries.

02/01/2026: We went for New Year's Eve dinner. We ate à la carte. The fried cod appetizer cost €16. It was 3/4 of an artichoke and 2 pieces of fish so small they didn't even need cutting. The first courses were very good, both the spaghetti and the risotto. The Milanese cutlet was pathetic, salty, dry, and tasteless. The cheek was very good, as was the fish, although I don't know what kind of fish it was. The zuppa inglese should be renamed; it was a two-tone pudding that had nothing to do with zuppa inglese. The worst coffee I've had in 50 years. The wine was very good, the service excellent, and the tables were well spaced for privacy. Nice atmosphere.
01/01/2026: Dinner for December 31st was simply exceptional, delicious, seafood-based, and everything was excellent. Best wishes to everyone. It was a very pleasant surprise. We'll be back without a doubt. 🎊🌲🎊🥳🎉 The service, the quality of the food, and everything else were top marks. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised.
