Pasticceria Guastini In Prato

A year ago I would have even given five stars but unfortunately recently I have been really disappointed, especially by the fact that the Red Velvet cupcake has completely changed, for the worse. It also pains me to say it but it has really gotten worse, more creamy, the base no longer resembles red velvet but almost looks like a yoghurt cake, and the frosting unfortunately is not what it was. I've been back several times (at least 5 or 6) in the last two to taste it, hoping it was just a coincidence but that wasn't the case. So I decide to try the breakfast and the pastries again, but they also disappoint me, pain au Chocolat with hard dough and the same sticks inside, we also tried a gianduja croissant but the cream inside looked like normal chocolate... I'm really sorry because the place has potential, definitely a nice place to buy products especially for the holidays even if I repeat, it's not as good as you expect.

To be enjoyed with your eyes too!!! It's a shame that it's a little small inside and it was raining outside and there was no longer any covered space... but we had an excellent coffee with pastries... standing up!

Excellent pastry shop, friendly and quick, one of my favorite "sweet stops"..The place is also nice, ample space in front for the tables outside, without a doubt, worth stopping in if you are nearby!!👍

Sono stata per la prima volta in questa pasticceria a colazione qualche giorno fa. Personale cordiale e simpatico. Dolci buoni e prezzi decenti per una colazione a Prato. (Solitamente cara e poco gustosa).

Oggi mi sono recata dal Guastini x fare due chiacchiere con mia nipote, ho provato la famosa Crubik brioche cubica con all’interno crema pasticciera e crema mou ne sono rimasta entusiasta, una vera bomba di bontà una crema mou eccellente una pasticceria super che dire …da10
