Good evening everyone. It was a real surprise; the place is welcoming and meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. The staff is exceptional, making us feel at home without ever being intrusive. They combined professionalism and friendliness. The pizzas are unique, delicious, and cater to every palate. The different doughs and balanced ingredients make the pizzas delicious and mouthwatering. The quality of the ingredients makes all the difference. A special mention to the chef and owner, Simone, a genuine person who puts all his passion into his work, and I'd say he does it excellently. Finally, to finish, we tried the tiramisu, which was truly fabulous. The pizzeria is aptly named Edoné (which translates to "pleasure" in Greek), so if you're looking for culinary pleasure, this is the place to be. I will definitely be back. Thank you

The welcome was top-notch, the staff and waiters were incredibly friendly. We had four pizzas: carbonaro, lampredotto, crudo, and capricciosa. Everything was delicious, crispy, and flavorful. The place was minimalist and elegant, and it wasn't noisy, so you could chat easily. If I really had to add something that could be improved, I'd recommend the Coke, it's much better 😂 but tastes are subjective.

Excellent service and excellent pizzas

I've been frequenting this place since the previous management, and even today, I've never left dissatisfied. It's one of the few places where you can find true research and innovation in dough and leavening: pizzas, peels, schiacciate... all with different and interesting textures. Some combinations work better than others, but the real musts remain the pan pizza, the round pizza, and their tiramisu. You absolutely must try the Tuscan pan pizza with chicken liver pâté and chocolate: surprising and delicious. I wasn't so impressed with the pizza escarole with ciauscolo, which was a bit heavy due to the amount of ciauscolo and the lack of a real contrast that cuts through the fat, and the Ligurian Nomaki. Anyway, it's always a pleasure to return!

Friendly and customer-friendly staff.

A very dear friend brought me there, and I was delighted. The staff was quiet and friendly, helpful, and courteous. The pizza, both round and peel, was delicious.

Lots of top-quality doughs topped with top-quality ingredients. I recommend going in a group to share and try the entire menu, including the desserts.

Wonderful place, with a minimalist feel, intimate tables, and very pleasing furnishings. The staff is friendly and available to answer any questions. The most interesting part is the pizzas, which can be either rolls, "classic" rounds, or "Roman" peels, as you prefer. Their dough is as light as a cloud as soon as you bite it, yet we know how difficult it is to find such a good, structured, and complex dough (work-wise). Interesting pizza pairings; for example, I tried a tasting of three: Patanegra and asparagus Capricciosa Mortella di Prato and pistachio Keep it up!!! See you soon ❤️
