03/06/2025: Excellent sushi restaurant, definitely the best in Pistoia, the restaurant's location is beautiful in the setting of Piazza della Sapienza, the interiors of the place are elegant. A good selection of wines and the friendly and fast staff do the rest. A little more expensive than the usual "all you can eat" but quality has its price.

11/05/2025: Four of us stopped here for lunch. Perfectly delightful. The owner was attentive and while the food didn’t arrive immediately, he warned us that it would be a little while. I suspect it takes time to heat the oven, but our food was delicious and the atmosphere was magical.

02/03/2025: Avoid the place. Which is a nice place in itself. But if you host people to sleep, you must have the honesty to say that on the weekend there are parties, eighteenths, with shouting, singing until late and a brothel. Ok that you have to get customers, but being clear and transparent right from the start is never wrong. At almost 1am I came down to complain about the situation. Not recommended

01/05/2025: Ci ero già stato e ci avevo mangiato meglio. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto di mare: nella media, con acciuga e polenta fritta fredda, il resto era ok. Come primo delle mezza maniche con pesce ed erano veramente buone. Abbiamo preso anche del fritto di paranza per assaggiarlo: niente di speciale, nella norma. Lo staff abbastanza attento. Un po' troppo caro il conto per la qualità del cibo.
19/04/2025: We went on the hotel's advice, the saddest dinner in history: pizza with little flavor and insignificant dessert, 8 euros for a "briquette of cream and pine nuts" with berries. Maybe the dishes are better... but the place is very nice

25/05/2025: The ice cream is mediocre. Good but not too much: not very creamy and a bit too watery, especially the cream, one of the three basic flavors. The environment is nice, with a lounge area, elegant enough. The bathroom is also well furnished similar to the bar environment, except for a few small distortions and breakages.
