Strategic and very central location. It directly overlooks the spectacular spa which is unique in the world in terms of beauty, prestige and health. The staff is impeccable in their welcome, kind and highly professional in the sector, an ideal mix for spending a weekend in serenity and relaxation also because it is equipped with a super spa. Excellent cuisine for super refined and non-refined palates, with purely Mediterranean flavors and aromas. We will absolutely go back and highly recommend it.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels in Montecatini. The rooms are completely renovated and spacious. King size beds with very comfortable mattresses and double pillows of two different thicknesses. Fantastic breakfast in the room. Excellent service. Five star cleanliness. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in Montecatini. The suite with Montecatini Alto view...STUNNING

I have been regularly frequenting accommodation facilities in Tuscany for several years now, and I must underline how the "Croce di Malta" is far superior to many of these, from all points of view, excellent hospitality, impeccable friendliness, professionalism of all the staff always ready to satisfy guests' needs. Order and cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. High quality catering. I dare say Chapeau.

Magnificent grand hotel..I have already been here several times..spacious rooms..with minimal furnishings but wonderful comfort.exceptional staff...helpful...courteous...immense kindness...the spa and its services are excellent .thanks in particular to Miss Silvia and Erica..and of course thanks to all the staff of the Maltese cross thank you very much always impeccable

Spa e Wellness di assoluto livello, con accesso esclusivo su prenotazione (max 2 coppie alla volta), camera spaziosissima con guardaroba separato (unico consiglio aggiungerei uno specchio in camera oltre a quello in bagno) e pulitissima (prova bordino piastrelle superata) . Ristorante abbastanza curato ma andrebbe un po' rimodernato negli arredi, cena più che buona

Великолепный чистый с прекрасным персоналом отель! Вкусная еда , расположение отеля к термам идеальное! Чистые номера , свежий ремонт, хороший интернет! Зимой в номерах очень тепло и комфортно, а летом прохладно! Хороший спа,летом невероятный бассейн! Все прекрасно!

10/01/2024: Accurate and innovative preparation. Excellent wine and service. A little cold atmosphere for a New Year's Eve dinner.
03/01/2024: Unfortunately returned after several months, but as always excellent. passed a dinner on 01/31/2023 with à la carte menu or their tasting menus with wine pairings "which I recommend". With excellent dishes and fabulous presentations, always up to the standard of the restaurant and making us feel at home. Although the management of the room put the waiter in difficulty, he managed to manage and resolve the problems with professionalism. the only thing that was missing was the presence of Giulia, engaged in a new adventure. Where I hope to find that STILNUOVO symphony again. A place where the welcome is wonderful, customer care is wonderful, the food is well prepared and exceptional raw materials are excellent wines. Managed by young but really good and trained staff. A FABULOUS experience. Back and as always a truly 🆗 place DINNER ON 12/31/2022 AS ALWAYS THEY MANAGED TO MAKE US BREATHE GOODNESS AND TRANQUILITY DESPITE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE 🍾🍾🥂🥂 THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE NEXT STIL NOVO 🤗🤗
