29/01/2025: Outdoor location to enjoy during the day or in summer, very green and welcoming. The restaurant is also beautiful inside, but certainly ordinary. Excellent selection of fish and meat, on some days you can also choose very particular typical Tuscan dishes which are often not easy to find around. Excellent more for a romantic evening than for a large group!

01/02/2025: For me it is a place that is really worth it. A two-hour journey, flying away in an instant, in which you are a passenger, for a flight to unknown countries. Impeccable service, poetry in the dishes. Excellent price/quality ratio.

08/02/2025: La peggior bistecca che abbia mai mangiato. Abbiamo provato 2 tipi di bistecca. Una peggio dell'altra.. cottura allucinante( i pezzi di tagliata da una parte crudi, come vuole la tradizione toscana, dall'altro cotti, quindi rimessi a cuocere da una parte, mai vista una roba del genere);)la carne, dura da masticare. Già l'ultima volta mi ero ripromesso di non tornarci più, adesso metto una croce su questo posto. Assolutamente sopravvalutato.

18/01/2025: In breve, si mangia bene, tanto e si spende il giusto. C'è veramente una vastissima selezione di carne, soprattutto sulle tartare. Gli antipasti sono davvero abbondanti. Ho preso una selezione di salsicce e mi aspettavo tipo tre salsicce di piccole dimensioni. Ne sono arrivate sei, medie e tutte davvero deliziose. Ho preso poi una tartare all'amatriciana. Ottima. Insomma, poco da dire, se non in positivo.

03/02/2025: For my daughter's birthday we decide to come to this tavern. Never come before. And right from the reception you immediately notice the place. IMMEDIATE COURTESY AND KINDNESS. We had booked, they seat us and we order. Excellent Tuscan appetizers... a Tuscan ham that is worth the whole dish. We take tagliolini with truffles, ravioli with leeks and fondue, and pappardelle with porcini mushrooms... PHENOMENAL... FRESH HOMEMADE PASTA. Second courses with peposo and tripe with beans... very tender. And a spinach flan with parmesan cream and grated truffle. A delight... I highly recommend it... for the quality of the food, the service, and the very nice and typical place. I recommend booking in advance.

02/02/2025: My family and I chose this place to celebrate my niece's birthday. We selected it based on Google reviews and we hit the mark!! The place is small but welcoming, it feels like home, the staff are very kind and helpful. Excellent typical Tuscan food, with the extra edge of truffles. When the dessert arrived, the lights went out and everyone present, including the owner, applauded and wished the birthday girl their best wishes; we were very impressed. Excellent experience to repeat!!

28/01/2025: What a fantastic place! We stopped at this B&B last summer, on the advice of a local resident. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is excellent. Everything is freshly prepared and their knowledge of wines is impressive. The advice on the perfect wine-food combinations completes the experience. The owner is extremely passionate and takes the time to offer you a unique experience. My tip: be surprised by their special local dishes! Definitely recommended to visit more often.

14/02/2025: Recommended by friends... the food is good (large portions) home cooked dishes and also not easy to find in other places.==snails, hare in sweet and strong sauce, fried chicken...== Tagliolini, pici, crepes, everything with truffle... the tartare with truffle is a must try!!!! And then the appetizer recommended for sharing because it is super abundant if you want to try a bit of everything...already set to return..... Good value for money Nice, fun, simple service. Not for everyone

02/02/2025: I stayed for 2 nights in November, as an overnight stay for a trip from Milan, for work. I found the room welcoming and clean, excellent breakfast, same thing for dinner. Very relaxing location. I recommend it!

13/02/2025: As a family with our two daughters we had a very pleasant time. The pizzas were excellent with a particular thin dough and very appreciated by all our table. The young man who welcomed us was smiling. The service was great. The room is nice in the basement below the entrance but with a window and a beautiful view. We are out of season so we were alone and the waiter provided us with a successful musical atmosphere. Thank you for everything.

09/01/2025: The best pizza in town! The pizzeria is a real gem! The pizza is delicious, with fresh, quality ingredients that make it unique. The pasta is light, crunchy and perfect in every detail, I tried the hemp dough and it was so good that I even ate the cornice, something I usually never do. But what makes it special is the welcoming atmosphere and the passion with which the owner prepares each dish. Every time it is an experience that makes you want to come back immediately. Highly recommended!

26/01/2025: This review does not come after just one experience but rather after several dinners in this wonderful restaurant. There wasn't a single time that I came home dissatisfied. It is a refined, creamy, harmonious cuisine with very perfect combinations. The service is attentive and precise. Last but not least: I have celiac disease and everything is offered to me in the gluten free version without problems, with a smile but above all delicious. I always come back very willingly. Compliments!

23/02/2025: Not as expected. We drove 45 minutes to come to this restaurant, convinced by the beautiful photos and positive reviews. Restaurant in the square in San Miniato, excellent location. Very nice and kind waitress. Only positive note. For the rest unfortunately nothing positive to add. Slightly high prices, but as these are dishes with truffles it is understandable. The problem is that we ate really badly. Tagliolini with truffle (€23) totally tasteless, lacked salt and you couldn't even taste the truffle. Among other things, grated truffle, which means that you can't even see the color and understand its quality. Ravioli with burrata fondue and truffle a little better, good, but still you couldn't taste the truffle at all. Good dessert, the only thing we liked, but the choice is minimal: tiramisu, cantucci and ricotta cream with various topping options. From such a central and "high level" restaurant one really expects much more. Bill of 90 euros for 3 first courses, 1 divided starter, a dessert and a bottle of water (obviously also covered €2 each). We were deducted 7 euros for the disappointment but unfortunately I don't think we will give this place another chance since when we returned home we didn't feel too good, 2 out of 3 people had a slight stomach ache. We are very sorry because we had really high expectations. There are indeed problems in the kitchen.

02/02/2025: In terms of environment it may be there but in terms of food we are not quite there. I gave my boyfriend a dinner as a truffle lover, it was completely anything but a good truffle. I, however, asked if I could eat something without truffles and they gave me some butter and sage tortelli that I can make at home. The price is exaggerated especially for tourists, don't trust the photos which are deceiving, it all looks good but buy some pasta at the supermarket with a truffle sauce and it will certainly be better. There are no words.
