15/03/2026: We visited in mid-March, on a Sunday for lunch in the enchanting San Miniato. The restaurant is beautiful and bright, with large windows overlooking the splendid valley. The wait staff is fabulous, attentive to every need, always kind and professional. It's really hard to express anything about the dishes because they were all so good, with well-defined yet delicate flavors that combined to create a symphony that is hard to forget. High-quality, seasonal ingredients that showcase the local produce. We tried the land tasting, and our 13-year-old daughter was won over by the bottega with dried tomatoes and guinea fowl, duck, and rabbit ragù. Finally, the chef, a wonderful person with kindness in his eyes, was a pleasure to thank for the wonderful lunch. I recommend going, even more than once, to explore the various menus. It's a place that exudes simple, elegant cordiality.

The waiter doesn't just take your order and run away, but suggests dishes and portion sizes based on the courses you've requested. So, not only do you save money, but you also enjoy everything without having to leave the last courses on your plate. This is professionalism, hard to find elsewhere. The interior is well-maintained, but the outdoor gazebos are a huge plus, especially in Tuscany, allowing you to enjoy the climate and scenery in complete relaxation. The cuisine is excellent, faithful to the local tradition; you can't go wrong with quality ingredients and traditional recipes. Highly recommended!

The delicate yet bold flavor of the wild asparagus paired perfectly with the texture of the homemade gnocchi. The Meat: Simply fabulous.
