15/03/2026: We visited in mid-March, on a Sunday for lunch in the enchanting San Miniato. The restaurant is beautiful and bright, with large windows overlooking the splendid valley. The wait staff is fabulous, attentive to every need, always kind and professional. It's really hard to express anything about the dishes because they were all so good, with well-defined yet delicate flavors that combined to create a symphony that is hard to forget.
High-quality, seasonal ingredients that showcase the local produce. We tried the land tasting, and our 13-year-old daughter was won over by the bottega with dried tomatoes and guinea fowl, duck, and rabbit ragù. Finally, the chef, a wonderful person with kindness in his eyes, was a pleasure to thank for the wonderful lunch. I recommend going, even more than once, to explore the various menus.
It's a place that exudes simple, elegant cordiality.

You can sense great attention to the sourcing of raw materials and the flavor combinations, with a refined and modern presentation. Special mention goes to the asparagus gnocchi, truly exquisite! The delicate yet bold flavor of the wild asparagus paired perfectly with the texture of the homemade gnocchi.
The Meat: Simply fabulous. The highest quality ingredients, cooked to perfection and incredibly tender.
We'll definitely be back, thanks to the lovely staff 💚

A quiet place, delicious food, and excellent value.

16/03/2026: Excellent food, perfect service, small but very cute place. The only drawback is to improve the extraction of kitchen odors. But if you want to eat well, in a quiet place, and at a fair price, YOU MUST GO!!!

08/07/2025: La nostra esperienza non é stata entusiasmante. Locale piuttosto spartano, stile retrò, non molto curato.
Servizio molto lento. I torchietti al ragù toscano erano discreti, ma la pasta alla norma insipida e con pochissima ricotta salata. 3€ di coperto per tovaglioli e tovaglie di carta e un piatto era anche sbeccato. Bagno unico e poco invitante. Il panorama dalla terrazza è l’unico vero punto di forza.
Peccato: con qualche miglioria si potrebbe valorizzare il locale e godersi appieno la splendida vista.

08/12/2024: Ho chiamato un mese prima per prenotare una cena, specificando di voler la pizza, mi è stato detto che non c’erano problemi. Arrivato li la pizza si scopre che non c’era piu. Prima di arrivare al ristorante un mio amico mi ha raccontato che pure lui ha prenotato specificando la pizza, ma arrivato li la pizza non veniva fatta e che avrebbero dovuto mangiare altre cose.
Vado a pensare dunque che questo è il loro modo per obbligare i clienti a mangiare altri piatti.

03/03/2024: Pasticceria molto buona e ben esposta. Il personale femminile gentile e sorridente. E sottolineo femminile perché il barista, ne sorridente ne veloce, gestisce il bar come se si fosse all’Interno di un circolino di paese. Anche in un momento di lavoro concitato come quello della domenica mattina continuava a lavorare con una flemma imperturbabile, senza degnare i clienti al banco, molti, ne di un buongiorno o di un grazie ne delle attenzioni dovute. L’unica sua passione lo scambio di battute, anche di cattivo gusto, con alcuni clienti abituali mentre altri clienti aspettavano la fine del teatrino per poter ordinare.
Sono convinto che un cliente debba trovare un ambiente neutro in cui l’atteggiamento del personale sia il più accomodante possibile e non il contrario. Oggi non è l’offerta che manca….
