Semi in mente
Lucca
02/08/2025: In July, our family (2 adults and a 7-year-old child) did a pasta-making workshop with Margherita at "Semi in Mente" farm. Before we started, Margherita gave us a great tour through the olive grove and garden (such a beautiful place!), telling us all about the herbs growing there. We ended up using those herbs to cook and made a delicious pasta sauce — full of flavor and color!
Margherita was super friendly, patient, and helpful, and the location had such a lovely atmosphere. We ate the pasta we made ourselves in the gorgeous garden.
Our son even got the chance to adopt an olive tree — he absolutely loved it!
We came away with a wonderful memory (and a tasty pasta recipe). Highly recommended!
