The table setting, in particular, contributes to a sophisticated atmosphere. The lighting and table layout ensure privacy and pleasant conversation. The real star of the evening was, without a doubt, the meat. The meat, presented to the table before cooking, displayed perfect marbling. The flavor was complex and deep, a true triumph of umami that melted in the mouth. A meat that tells a story of breeding and aging. The service proved to be commensurate with the quality of the cuisine. The staff is the service: extremely knowledgeable and discreet, with a deep knowledge of each cut. Ricardo, in particular, was able to passionately recommend a robust red wine pairing and explained the exact provenance of the meat. Fuoco alla Torre is a memorable experience that elevates the concept of a steakhouse to the next level. 31/10/2025: A small but excellent menu, without the usual tourist fare. Anyone who complains about Pino's cooking doesn't know much about good food. Unusual dishes paired with good wines. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there several times during our vacation. Grazie Michele, Pino e Laura. Siete grandi!

18/10/2025: Dinner was superb, as always. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. Laura outdid herself with the dessert, which was truly amazing, considering her level of cooking!

07/11/2025: At Cantine di Tullio in Labro, every dish was an extraordinary experience: the authentic flavors reawakened the deepest memories. Thanks to the magic created by Tiziana and Cristian, surrounded by art and beauty, we truly felt at home. It's a place where time slows down, technology disappears, and only the pleasure of good company and an evening hard to forget remain.

27/11/2025: A last-minute lunch, where to go? Sugo, of course. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere that has become a pipe dream in this world. First and second courses are expertly prepared in a short amount of time. Highly recommended for a quick lunch! Excellent!

04/11/2025: Honestly, I expected more. The menu offers a good sense of tradition, but both my Maremma tortelloni and, especially, my father's roast wild boar were just okay. The location was lovely, and the staff were friendly. The price was average, but a little more than I expected. The house red was very good.

13/10/2025: A family-run restaurant in the heart of Marina di Bibbona, with just a few tables, allowing Andrea and his staff to serve their guests with care and professionalism, making you feel truly welcomed. The fish is incredibly fresh, simply cooked, and incredibly tasty. The raw seafood platter earned a fifth star for its variety and deliciousness. The wine list is interesting and more than adequate, both in terms of price and variety. Compliments for the dessert, which completed and ended the dinner beautifully.

21/10/2025: On the advice of friends, we set off from Cavo for Porto Azzurro. Parking was difficult to find, but the food was delicious. We were treated very well, and the place was very welcoming. Perhaps a little pricey ;-)

20/10/2025: An unforgettable evening with the owners, Stefano and Angela, exceptional and very welcoming! Not to mention Floriano's wonderful tagliolini with flaked bottarga and clams. The dishes were generous and beautifully presented. The appetizer was sea bass flan on a bed of shellfish cream and eggplant parmigiana...what can I say?

07/10/2025: A superb experience! The view is impressive, and it feels like you're on the other side of the world. It's magical. The meal is equally delicious, with fresh, daily specials. The waitress was also very kind.

14/09/2025: We met Alessandro on our way back from a hike up Monte Grosso. We entered his restaurant and he welcomed us with a glass of wine. We immediately connected with a French couple and another gentleman whose name I don't remember. He shared anecdotes with us as a native Elban, with a profound knowledge of the area, resulting in an unforgettable snack. We immediately booked dinner that evening. We had a delicious meal, excellent service, and a wonderful view. Thanks to Alessandro and all his staff.
