29/09/2025: I stumbled upon a gelato shop while walking along the beach. I love pistachio, so I always stop by every gelato place I visit, but this one was bland. The lemon flavor was decent, but the base was more milky than sorbet-like, which was a bit disappointing. Two flavors cost €2.50, the same price for both cones and cups.

28/09/2025: I've been there before, but something must have changed. It used to be our favorite in Livorno, but this time we weren't satisfied. I can confirm the presence of a large dog, mentioned in other reviews, that seems to roam freely between the restaurant and the back room.

07/10/2025: A superb experience! The view is impressive, and it feels like you're on the other side of the world. It's magical. The meal is equally delicious, with fresh, daily specials. The waitress was also very kind.

14/09/2025: We met Alessandro on our way back from a hike up Monte Grosso. We entered his restaurant and he welcomed us with a glass of wine. We immediately connected with a French couple and another gentleman whose name I don't remember. He shared anecdotes with us as a native Elban, with a profound knowledge of the area, resulting in an unforgettable snack. We immediately booked dinner that evening. We had a delicious meal, excellent service, and a wonderful view. Thanks to Alessandro and all his staff.

14/10/2025: One of the most must-visit restaurants on the island of Elba, the pasta is excellent, as is the homemade fried calamari. The view is magnificent and the waiters are attentive! Go there if you are staying on the island!

14/10/2025: This excellent fish restaurant is tucked away on the campsite grounds. You can enjoy a wonderful seaside setting with a view of the water. The menu leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight, however, is the freshly presented fish, expertly prepared.

28/09/2025: The Calafata restaurant is located directly on the Porto Azzurro harbor. It has an indoor dining area and an outdoor area overlooking the harbor. There were two of us, and we ordered a tuna tartare appetizer that was simply perfect: the cut of meat, the seasonings were excellent, and the meat was of the highest quality. We then ordered a plate of textbook spaghetti with clams, and the sea bream and baked potatoes were excellent. The restaurant's value for money is excellent: fresh, tasty fish at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the service was a bit below expectations for the location and the menu. We waited a while for our spaghetti with clams, and the waiters were rushed. Regardless, this is a restaurant I would recommend, especially for a dinner with friends or as a couple.

06/09/2025: Everything was top notch. We've been here 5 times this summer and it's always been perfect. Last night, the pumpkin tortelli were extraordinary. The wait staff was professional and friendly. Well done Beatrice... it's hard to improve when you're already at such a high level and you're doing it every time!!! Well done, well done, well done. We'll be back!!!!

05/05/2025: Locale caratteristico in stile americano poco fuori Piombino. Ci sediamo e ordiniamo, sotto consiglio del proprietario che ci racconta il menù con grande passione e orgoglio,piatti differenti con relativi contorni. Tutto veramente buonissimo, ottima qualità della lavorazione e del prodotto, non il solito fast food. Menzione d’onore per le costine alla BBQ, deliziose!!! Ottimo anche il conto, ci torneremo sicuramente.

05/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante in stile Americano, tutto il cibo di altissima qualità con piatti unici e particolari. Anche le varie spiegazioni ti fanno capire il lungo procedimento che c’è dietro ogni piatto e la cura con cui questi vengono rielaborati nel tempo. Buona anche la varietà di birre 🍻 Consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia intenzione di passare una bella serata condita da piatti veramente unici ad un prezzo più che onesto!

02/10/2025: We were here in August! Everything is just perfect here. The food and service are very, very good. Everyone is extremely child-friendly. You can get drinks and ice cream at the small pool bar. We highly recommend this hotel. We'll be back!

20/10/2025: Despite its success, after years, no one has thought to remove the graffiti outside the restaurant! "Prima Linea" written in green." No one cares about decorum! Otherwise, everything was excellent!

26/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel in Cavoli Bay, right on the seafront, for 4 nights. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was superb, with sweet and savory items prepared that morning. The owner, Manuela, along with her staff, Cinzia and Fabio, made us feel at home. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

05/09/2025: Hotel La Conchiglia is a wonderful, welcoming place right on the seafront. Manuela is a special person: friendly, thoughtful, and always attentive, with that naturalness that makes you feel instantly at ease. Cinzia, with her sweetness and constant smile, adds warmth and makes every moment even more enjoyable. Together with the entire staff, always kind and friendly, they truly touch the hearts of their guests and make them feel at home. The best part is breakfast, simply wonderful: homemade cakes, pizzas, focaccias, and brioches so delicious you'll want to try them all, accompanied by coffee, cappuccino, or hot milk served at your table. The tables overlook the beach, and there's also a seafront terrace, perfect for reading a good book or relaxing. Our dog was also welcomed with affection, and we spent a truly relaxing week.

14/10/2025: The environment is very comfortable and can make people relax immediately. The ramen, snacks, and poke in the store make me feel like I'm in Hawaii. The boss and the waiters are very kind, and the milk tea is the icing on the cake. The effect of one sip is even better than drinking coffee made with Red Bull. I feel like I can finish the boss's task in 10 minutes without stopping!
