17/04/2026: Fantastic restaurant. My daughter and I spent Easter hiking in South Tyrol and stayed at the Hotel Walder in Schenna. We did some research online and then booked a table at Mair for Good Friday. The service was excellent and everyone was in great spirits. It was a pleasure. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone; I even had calf's liver, which was absolutely delicious. My daughter especially enjoyed the extensive asparagus menu. We ended up eating there every evening except Saturday (which was unfortunately their day off). But we definitely have to go back; the menu is still quite long. The prices are also very reasonable. At the end of our holiday, as almost regular customers, we were given a delicious bottle of wine as a parting gift – very nice indeed! :-)

26/07/2025: Sono capitata in questo ristorante per puro caso a pranzo e sono rimasta entusiasta!! Non avevamo prenotato e in 5 minuti, nonostante la confusione di persone che aspettava, ci hanno fatto accomodare. Il personale è molto cordiale e professionale. È tutto veramente molto buono, anzi ottimo!! Non perdetevi lo stinco, gli spatzle e uova/patate/speck: favolosi!! I piatti sono molto generosi!! Consigliatissimo!!

28/01/2026: We hiked from Larchhof, above the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area, through the winter forest to Schölzhornhof. It took us about an hour, and we had certainly earned our lunch. The restaurant's menu features Alpine cuisine, incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. I can't comment on the hotel at this time.

05/01/2026: The refuge is exactly what it promises: no more, no less than many others. Nothing memorable, nothing particularly thoughtful. It's a shame that what makes the experience truly unique is the glass of water, served with such ease alongside an espresso and a hot chocolate...for €1.60. 16/12/2025: We travel from Germany to Tramin three or four times a year, and on our first evening we almost always go to the Bürgerstube restaurant because of their excellent pizza. However, their other dishes and varied daily menu are also highly recommended. The second reason we enjoy eating at the Bürgerstube is the exceptionally friendly staff.

09/02/2026: We stayed at the Graziani Hut during the first week of February with a group of nine people and booked a family room as well as the Chalet Gracia. The chalet is simply amazing – superbly equipped, very stylish, and comfortably furnished. The barrel sauna and the whirlpool right next to it are especially fantastic and make the stay truly special. The family room was functional and clean, but a bit cramped for four adults. The bunk bed, in particular, is rather small for adults – but manageable for a few nights. Breakfast was excellent, and the four-course dinner was delicious, varied, and featured regional cuisine. There were also great options for vegetarians. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable cabin holiday with only minor drawbacks regarding the family room. The chalets are truly fantastic – we would love to come back!

07/09/2025: We arrived after a long hike from Passo Nigra. The scenery is breathtaking. There are also games for children and the food is excellent. The only downside is the wait. There were three of us: two adults and a little girl. Our dishes arrived, and we had time to finish ours before the three-year-old's dish arrived. Otherwise, it was a spectacle.

04/09/2025: A must-see at this mountain hut because the food is excellent. The desserts are also delicious. All this with a view of the splendid peaks. You can also buy their homemade cheese.

07/02/2026: There were five of us, and everyone raved about the pizza. It really is excellent; the base is made of a thin yet crispy dough. There's also a large parking lot, less than 5 minutes from the Mebo exit.

24/02/2026: It looks like a snack bar, but in terms of taste and quality, it can easily compete with inns and, yes, even restaurants (for example, I've had pulled pork of the same quality at a golf club restaurant). In fact, Fuxxfood surpasses even fine dining restaurants in some aspects. Once you've tried the red cabbage here, you won't want to eat it anywhere else. At Fuxxfood, the cabbage still has a nice bite, character, and flavor (so you could consider giving it a higher rating). My tip: Paarlbrot (a type of bread) with Jochwurst (a type of sausage), mustard, and red cabbage. It's not on the menu, but they're happy to accommodate special requests. The real highlight: Ramona's laughter, vitality, and radiant personality. It revives your spirits and puts you in a good mood, even after strenuous hikes. And the best part: it's completely free and, in any case, priceless. Fuxxfood also has proper tables where you can sit in a group, as well as a sheltered roof. Sometimes Ramona even serves at the table. What more could you want? You leave full and satisfied, already wondering what to order next time (the asparagus burger everyone raves about?).
