14/09/2025: It's always a pleasure to be at Lanzenschuster, to feast on excellent, creative regional cuisine. A chef who never fails to surprise. Bravo! Compliments! All the wonderful dishes from Christian Pircher's kitchen are handmade with great joy and passion! A well-stocked wine cellar! A magical, wonderfully situated place to dream, relax, and simply unwind as a connoisseur.

13/09/2025: It's simply fantastic here: friendly people, great food. We're absolutely thrilled. A truly wonderful room. A fantastic view of the Alps. Maybe a little rainy today, but that's how it is sometimes.

10/09/2025: We really enjoyed it; from our room, we had a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. The entire team was extremely attentive and friendly. The food and breakfast were very good. We used the swimming pool, and we could have used the sauna as well. We'll definitely come back if we're in the area!

26/09/2025: Seilbahn Raschötz - Funicular Mountain Rail Car in Ortisei, Italy - Stats: 2402 m (7881 ft) in length and rise of 818 m (2684 ft) in elevation, 25% grade, opened in 2010. Recommend going up to hike Rasciesa di Fuorio. Great views.

24/09/2025: Big pizza menu of which are handmade but also great Pasta dishes of which are avaliable in small or large which is amazing. Would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area

22/09/2025: Amazing place to eat in Corvara! We went there to have dinner every night. The service was extremely fast (even though the restaurant was always full) and the food was amazing. We had pizza, pasta, risotto and burgers and everything was 10/10

27/08/2025: The most delicious Kaiserschmarrn ever! Non-alcoholic wheat beer from Weinstephan and delicious apple spritzer with cloudy apple juice. The cappuccino was also delicious. The service was excellent, and the location, of course, is sensational for outdoor seating. But be careful, they only accept cash payments!

The rustic, cozy farmhouse parlor invites you to linger while you indulge in delicious delicacies. For starters, we had a wonderful barley soup – hearty, aromatic, and cooked with love 👩🏻‍🍳 For the main course, my husband had a hearty meat platter with soured beef, house sausage, roasted ribs, sauerkraut, and potato leaves 🥩 I enjoyed Schlutzkrapfen (shrimp noodles), spinach dumplings, and cheese gnocchi with butter and Parmesan 👌🏻 Both are a dream for all lovers of South Tyrolean cuisine! Accompanied by a glass of the house's own Vernatsch (Swiss Vernatsch) 🍷 delicious! If you appreciate rustic coziness, warm hospitality and homemade specialties, you've come to the right place 🫶🏻

16/09/2025: The Granbaita has become my new go-to: a complete property in every way, capable of standing out even from many of the 4- and 5-star hotels I regularly frequent. The staff deserves special mention: professional, friendly, and always available. The receptionists, in particular, welcome guests with a genuine smile and are attentive to every request. The restaurant is one of the hotel's strong points: the quality of the ingredients, the variety of the offerings, and the carefully curated buffets—both for breakfast and dinner—are of the highest standard. Every meal becomes an experience of taste and refinement. My suite was impeccable: modern, perfectly clean, soundproofed, and finished with quality materials. The extremely comfortable bed ensured a superior night's sleep, an aspect I consider essential. The internal garage with valet parking and luggage storage is also very convenient. Also interesting is the blackboard at the entrance that clearly lists the daily activities available to guests. The spa is simply extraordinary: well-maintained, always clean spaces, numerous saunas, a well-equipped gym, personalized massage options, and, above all, a large heated pool that makes for a truly unforgettable relaxation experience. Our stay at Granbaita was, in a word, perfect. We will undoubtedly return, confident of experiencing the same level of excellence.

02/09/2025: Aside from the giant pretzel, the bakery is overrated. The strudel lacks pine nuts, raisins, and cinnamon. The sweet pretzel is meaningless, its pastry soft and not caramelized... Savory croissants are anonymous... Rude staff (it seems like a trend).

24/08/2025: Excellent service, delicious baked goods, and the Sachertorte is equally delicious. We were slightly disappointed with the strudel, which seemed a bit subdued compared to everything else. Still, highly recommended if you're looking to try some local specialties!
