06/08/2025: What's going on now? As my friend summed it up, "wow," just wow. The very best dumplings in the world 😍 and a super delicious cordon bleu, the fried potatoes were also amazing. The service seemed a bit stressed, but that was due to the rush, amazing! So, 5 out of 5 anyway. Thanks to the team, you rarely experience something like that.

21/08/2025: The Granbaita has become my new go-to. Everything is superior to anything I've experienced so far (I usually stay in 4- and 5-star hotels), and it's undoubtedly the most complete. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the receptionists. The quality and variety of the buffet, both for breakfast and dinner, are excellent. The rooms (mine was a suite) are modern, impeccably clean, soundproofed, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. The hotel also offers an indoor garage with valet parking and luggage storage, which is truly convenient. The spa is well-maintained and always clean, with numerous saunas and a large heated pool. A perfect experience: we'll definitely be back.

07/08/2025: Had lunch on the terrace, which overlooks a peaceful meadow surrounded by trees. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff spoke English and were friendly. The Schlutzkrapfen was excellent, and the Apfelstrudel was amazing—one of the best I’ve had in the region. The place feels new and is very well maintained.

06/02/2025: A little paradise for gourmets 🥰 The Villanderer Buschenschank Larmhof is run with love, and you can feel it in every detail. The rustic, cozy farmhouse parlor invites you to linger while you indulge in delicious delicacies. For starters, we had a wonderful barley soup – hearty, aromatic, and cooked with love 👩🏻‍🍳 For the main course, my husband had a hearty meat platter with soured beef, house sausage, roasted ribs, sauerkraut, and potato leaves 🥩 I enjoyed Schlutzkrapfen (shrimp noodles), spinach dumplings, and cheese gnocchi with butter and Parmesan 👌🏻 Both are a dream for all lovers of South Tyrolean cuisine! Accompanied by a glass of the house's own Vernatsch (Swiss Vernatsch) 🍷 delicious! If you appreciate rustic coziness, warm hospitality and homemade specialties, you've come to the right place 🫶🏻

06/08/2025: What happened? The formerly top-notch food has risen considerably in price, but the taste is bland, and the portions have shrunk considerably. What a shame – dumplings (Tris) or Schlutzer (shrimp) with spinach for almost €20 is simply outrageous for a hut that can be reached by car. What a shame about this wonderful destination.

04/08/2025: The atmosphere is lovely and family-friendly, and the food is excellent, especially the ribs and chanterelle ravioli. The dessert is excellent, with strudel and black forest mushrooms. The dishes are generous, so you'll need to be hungry.

01/08/2025: The restaurant is very large with several rooms. We were there for dinner, and I'd recommend making a reservation! The staff is very friendly. The menu is varied and truly excellent, with prices in line with the Val Badia norm! For risotto lovers, you must try the one with mountain pine, a delight. For beef lovers...the fillet is truly buttery! The desserts? Delicious! The portions are generous!

29/07/2025: We spent a week here cycling and hiking. The family and staff are very friendly, the food is fantastic, and the price is good. In our opinion, Ustaria Posta is the perfect base for exploring the Dolomites. Don't forget to ask Igor for some great tips; he certainly didn't disappoint!

Prima la vista, perché il ristorante è terrazzato con vista sulle montagne , poi la gentilezza del personale e per ultimo ma più importante la bontà e la qualità del cibo. Abbiamo assaggiato piatti tt diversi tra loro e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti di tutto. Cucina tipica con prodotti km zero o al più delle cascine vicine. 5 stelle da noi più che meritate
