We went there for dinner and coffee 😊 The food was very good; the spaghetti with chanterelles and the schnitzel with fries were delicious. The staff is also very friendly. They forgot our drinks once, but since the restaurant was so busy, that can happen 😊 For coffee, we had the apricot strudel and the iced coffee, both of which were made with love, you could tell. It's definitely worth a visit, whether for dinner or coffee. The restaurant is also very cozy; you immediately feel at home.

We stayed for several nights, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were very kind, the cuisine was excellent, the desserts were simply divine, you can tell they were made by them, I highly recommend them

We visited the restaurant and were thrilled. The South Tyrolean cuisine was fantastic, beautifully presented, and simply delicious. The service was very friendly, and they even prepared Kaiserschmarrn for us for dessert, even though it wasn't on the menu. Highly recommended!

We had dinner there, the food was delicious. I had the calf's liver, which was very good and tender. My wife had fish, which was also very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We would gladly go there again.

13/07/2026: The classic South Tyrolean attention to detail and quality reaches extraordinary heights here. Just look at a few photos of the dishes to understand what I mean, and the taste is as good as it is beautiful. The buckwheat ravioli, the tagliatelle with ragù, and the lamb loin were excellent. We swapped dishes and everyone loved everything. A special mention goes to the snails, which were delicious despite the recipe perhaps not being exactly typical. The setting is also wonderful, surrounded by greenery. If you can eat outside, it's definitely recommended. It's also great for kids, as there's a play area with a playhouse and a sandbox.

21/02/2026: An absolutely perfect stay at Historic Guesthouse BIRCHER B&B Apart Hotel! From arrival to departure, everything was impeccable. We were welcomed with exceptional kindness and warmth by a lovely family who do everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, harmoniously blending tradition and modernity. Comfort is guaranteed, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The breakfast is simply magnificent: varied, generous, and made with high-quality products. A true pleasure every morning! Special mention also goes to the small grocery store on the ground floor, an excellent idea that adds even more charm and convenience to the stay. We had an incredible time, filled with serenity and conviviality. A huge thank you for this unforgettable experience; we will return with great pleasure!
10/02/2026: Great service, very nice and spacious apartments, clean, quiet, delicious breakfasts and afternoon coffee with cake. A great place, I highly recommend it.
