09/03/2025: Posto acchiappa turisti. Location pessima. Prezzi da locali di lusso. Fermati per un semplice aperitivo, uno spritz e un analcolico, in piu ci hanno portato 4 patatine contate e arachidi salate in una piccola ciotolina. Pagato €11,50, a parte che il calice dello spritz era piu piccolo, la cosa che ci ha infastidito è la voce Bar nello scontrino 2,50 per le patatine, dove di solito sono inclusi nel prezzo degli aperitivi. Non ci vedranno mai piu.

25/08/2025: Excellent experience, greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We chose the mixed fried antipasto and pizzas. The quality was excellent, the pizzas well-leavened and topped to perfection. An experience worth repeating.

13/08/2025: Fantastic experience, authentic and with simple yet excellent quality dishes. The staff was super friendly: they waited until late for us to dine. We had: mixed cured meats, mixed meat and grilled antipasto. We washed it all down with the house wine. A very simple, rustic, and non-touristy experience.

19/08/2025: Cozy place with good service and good pizza, even in the gluten-free option, with a very good dough.

17/07/2025: The pizza was raw and not even good. The fries were served at the table, and at least they were good. (Only those!) However, they quoted us a PRICE that turned out to be a DIFFERENT one with a reservation made, after we had chosen the restaurant for a specific offer. More than thirty guests found themselves in difficulty since the agreed-upon price per person was different. Furthermore, the waiters could be a little more friendly!!! Anyway, we won't be returning. 06/08/2025: Locale molto curato e personale cortese e gentile ,mi dispiace invece che i piatti che ho scelto non siano stati all 'altezza; complice forse anche una scelta infelice Personalmente ho trovato piatti troppo turistici senza identità il primo completamente destrutturato privo di sapore e anche di ingredienti mi aspettavo un favoloso pesto pantesco ho trovato solo dell'insipido pomodoro .... il secondo piatto invece salato e unto .....mi dispiace ma la mia esperienza e'stata molto deludente spero aiuti a migliorarvi...

22/07/2025: Consigliato dall' host del bellissimo dammuso con piscina, questo ristorante a deluso per qualità pessima del cibo, in modo particolare: del gran crudo, praticamente immangiabile, tagliata di tonno con pezzi crudi ad altri stracotti senza alcun sapore di tonno, gnocchi allo scoglio stracotti consistenza da impasto con sapore acquoso. L' unica nota positiva la rocca carta dei vini. Personale di sala gentile. Consiglio spassionato: Cucina e qualità della materia prima da migliorare.

24/08/2024: Purtroppo, la mia esperienza in questo bar è stata deludente. Sin dall'inizio, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente scortese e poco professionale. Nonostante l'attesa fosse già lunga, alla nostra richiesta di informazioni sui tempi di attesa ci è stato risposto in modo maleducato, dicendoci semplicemente di aspettare. Dopo ben 20 minuti, finalmente sono arrivati i nostri ordini: tre granite e un frappé. Il malumore del personale non si è fermato qui. Al momento del pagamento, si sono verificati ulteriori problemi. Non riuscivano a trovare la nostra ordinazione, costringendoci ad aspettare ancora di più. Quando finalmente hanno risolto la situazione, ho notato che il frappé mi era stato addebitato a un prezzo superiore rispetto a quello indicato. Quando ho fatto presente l'errore, mi è stato restituito il resto corretto, ma il tutto è avvenuto con un atteggiamento scortese, come se stessi facendo una richiesta esagerata. Non tornerò di certo e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

14/10/2025: Very disappointed!! We chose this location, and specifically the deluxe suite, after watching the Quattro Hotel episode. First of all, the jacuzzi wasn't working, even though they offered us dinner (two courses). When using the sauna, every time you put water on the stones to heat the room, the electricity went out; there's probably some exposed wire underneath. Finally, what disappointed us most was the breakfast buffet: it was absolutely poor and lacked variety. It definitely didn't meet the standards shown on TV. Disappointing! Dear owner, thank you for your reply. Regarding the sauna issue, we contacted reception three times to have the electricity restored to the suite. In fact, I recommend you check the sauna system. Regarding breakfast, I'm sorry to say that we were already at the buffet at 9:30 and there was absolutely nothing left. It would be fair if you guaranteed a supply of various sweets until the end of the scheduled time, i.e., until 10:30 a.m., since it's right to ensure all guests have the opportunity to enjoy a proper breakfast until the time you specify at the property! It's a far cry from what was shown in the 4 Hotel program. We had also requested a ricotta dessert when booking, and were served a plate of ricotta without any filling. How were we supposed to eat it? Luckily, one of your employees kindly served us ricotta cannoli (aware of the inconvenience).

12/08/2025: Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. The garden is lovely, the pool is large. Warning: you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool... extremely strange, but oh well. The bungalow is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Warning again: water in the fridge costs €2! Now here's the catch: this is an event hotel, so expect really loud music EVERY evening until late into the night (1:00 - 2:00 AM...).

01/10/2025: We had an aperitif on the terrace at sunset, a beautiful experience, with a stunning view and Erice, a beautiful medieval village. If you're in the area, a visit is a must.

29/09/2025: Dishes served still frozen (eggplant) Warm seafood couscous, fish (crumbs), and 4 squid rings with barely cooked semolina... in short, avoid...
