12/01/2026: Can you get any less? I've been going there for years to eat kebab, but since last night I realized I should never go there again. Leaving aside their grumpy attitude lately, it seems they're bored with this job. My advice: change jobs. Long story short, the meat is freezing cold, the piadina even colder. When I asked if he could reheat it, he looked at me cross-eyed and half pissed off and told me the grill was off. Now I understand why no one has been there for a while.

06/08/2025: Locale molto curato e personale cortese e gentile ,mi dispiace invece che i piatti che ho scelto non siano stati all 'altezza; complice forse anche una scelta infelice Personalmente ho trovato piatti troppo turistici senza identità il primo completamente destrutturato privo di sapore e anche di ingredienti mi aspettavo un favoloso pesto pantesco ho trovato solo dell'insipido pomodoro .... il secondo piatto invece salato e unto .....mi dispiace ma la mia esperienza e'stata molto deludente spero aiuti a migliorarvi...

22/07/2025: Consigliato dall' host del bellissimo dammuso con piscina, questo ristorante a deluso per qualità pessima del cibo, in modo particolare: del gran crudo, praticamente immangiabile, tagliata di tonno con pezzi crudi ad altri stracotti senza alcun sapore di tonno, gnocchi allo scoglio stracotti consistenza da impasto con sapore acquoso. L' unica nota positiva la rocca carta dei vini. Personale di sala gentile. Consiglio spassionato: Cucina e qualità della materia prima da migliorare.

11/09/2025: I had the worst experience of my life at this "restaurant," if you can call it that. We ordered a plate of scallops and a roast. Well, we were served identical grilled meat for both the roast and the scallops, and they told us that's how they cooked their roast. The meat was inedible, the prices were incredibly high! I don't understand how a place like this is still open.

06/03/2026: I called to order a pizza an hour and a half early. I was returning to Trapani from a business trip, so I was in a hurry. The pizza was supposed to be ready, but instead the manager and staff were arguing in the back room, leaving the counter unattended. They hadn't even started topping the pizzas!!! Rude staff: they'll never see me again.

12/03/2026: This is my first time staying in this magnificent villa... A lovely welcome from the reception staff (Noemi and Angelo), who were very professional, with lots of smiles. A huge thank you to them. The breakfast was super delicious. A *crumbled* cake that blew me away. Thank you, Enza, for the desserts and for the smiles that accompanied us almost every morning. I hope to return to this wonderful dream villa as soon as possible.

06/03/2026: Given that we stayed in the suite, we're not giving it 4 stars for that reason, but the fourth star is for the spa treatments. We agree with the breakfast, which was decidedly different and not as rich as the one praised in the episode. The juices were definitely not freshly squeezed. Let's just say average. Nothing local. The room was fabulous, yes! The only flaw was the window, which wasn't the best in terms of thermal insulation and soundproofing, so we could hear the traffic from 7 am onwards. There were several problems with the faucets, and they didn't fix them in 2 days. We reported all these issues to reception, including photos. Aside from a small problem with the spa, the result... we only received a 40% discount. In other hotels, for all that happened, we would have received the treatment free, but that's okay! The manager will surely attack us now, but if he wants, I'll publish everything that happened to confirm how unfortunate we were. The room, I repeat, was gorgeous (except for the window), the spa was wonderful (except for what was reported to reception), and the massage was fantastic. (Except as reported at the reception). I think they should do more thorough checks and take more care of everything. We were definitely unlucky, so I recommend it, hoping they follow the advice given.

11/11/2025: My husband and I had lunch at this restaurant in Erice one late autumn afternoon. The place itself is very pleasant, the service is typically Italian, fun and talkative, and the Trapanese pizza has been my favorite ever since. Sicily is much more than stereotypes and was worth every penny. At the end we ordered a short coffee and even got a lesson on how to make real coffee. I definitely recommend it.
