It's the first place you come across when entering Erice from Porta Trapani, and it feels like a bar and little more. We were amazed by the quality of the seafood. The tuna tartare, spaghetti with sardines, and pistachio-crusted tuna are excellent. High-quality dishes average €18-20. There's an excellent wine list, with bottles starting at €20. Not for tourists on a bus.

A top-notch restaurant, something you wouldn't expect to find in a touristy spot like Erice. Definitely worth choosing over all the others. I don't understand how it has such a low Google rating. Someone probably worked against it. They served us the best tuna en croute I've ever eaten. The pasta with sardines is also exceptional. The appetizers are excellent, and the wines are top-notch. If you're looking for authentic Sicilian cuisine in a typical fraschetta, you absolutely must stop here.

A very welcoming restaurant nestled in the stone. Quick service and a warm welcome. The food is excellent, especially the fish couscous and the swordfish dish 👍👍 Grazie!!

The food is good. I liked the meat (photo attached). Entrance fee per person is 3€. It's a bit strange. Even for a teenager of 14 years old. But we agreed to it. We were served bread on the table that was not included in the bill. The service is a bit dry, but this is a resort restaurant. Everything in the city was closed and only this restaurant was open. I would go there again. Because no others were open.

Ristorante Nuovo Edelweiss

21/07/2026: A restaurant with tables in the piazza. We had a lovely evening with live music and excellent food! Busiate with crab and fried calamari, excellent wine, and to top it off, one of the best cannoli I've ever had. An experience to repeat!
21/07/2026: A mouth-watering seafood dinner, we ate delicious busiate with crab meat and very fresh roasted breaded swordfish, the Genovese at the end of the dinner, I can count them among the best in Erice
