23/08/2024: The place is very nice and in a beautiful place. Too bad it lacks everything that a bar like this should have. The only things they offer are coke, orange juice and coffee (not latte because they don't even have milk). The service is terrible, just think that there is no menu (as there is nothing to offer) and not even a glass of water was given next to the coffee. Furthermore, although it is almost completely empty, they are not even kind enough to let you sit in the shade after having eaten, but they insist on making you sit in the sunniest area. This didn't just happen to us, but to many who, after having rightly sat down and ordered, were forced to change tables. Lastly, the staff (particularly the lady at the cash desk) was very rude from the start, from the non-existent welcome to the payment. I add for information, although it is a frequent and understandable practice, that to use the bathroom, drinking is mandatory.

18/08/2024: Last night my partner and I had dinner here and for a couple of hours we were immersed in the beauty and in a timeless atmosphere; we ate very well (among other things, exceptional Genoese pasta and a very light fried cappuccitti) and we were pampered by Nicola and Paola with rare professionalism and kindness (even with our little dog). A place that I highly recommend, also for the value for money, hoping at the same time that it does not become a mass tourism destination, which would ruin the atmosphere. Roberta Rallo

16/10/2024: Despite myself, I find myself writing a negative review regarding my stay at this hotel in Favignana. I chose this property for its central location in the village, but already upon booking I encountered problems. I discovered, reading the reviews, that breakfast was not a service present in the hotel, but in the town square. After contacting the reception with a polite request to cancel this inconvenient service, I found the staff rude and offensive and unhelpful, not very inclined to welcome. Among other things, no one was present at check-out, only a little girl who was smoking at the front door warned us that she didn't know where the girls were. However, upon arrival, the situation worsened further. The bathroom of my first room had signs of dirt everywhere, especially under the toilet seat, as if it had never been cleaned. After reporting the problem, my room was changed, but the situation did not improve, in fact it even worsened with a new equally dirty bathroom, again with this very dirty, vomiting toilet seat!! It has never happened to me Seeing a toilet like this before The explanation received, according to which it was stains due to cleaning products, was unacceptable!!!! I tried cleaning with wet toilet paper, proving that the situation could and should be resolved. Additionally, I noticed that the receptionists seemed more focused on their phones than providing welcoming service. In summary, my experience was characterized by poor cleanliness and disappointing customer service, making it difficult to recommend this property. One star only for the location.

12/09/2024: Il locale reclamizzava un bel giardino,che non era invece accessibile e si poteva cenare solo sulla stradina o all'interno. Il cibo non era così eccezionale, anzi ho preso un risotto gamberi e gin che era decisamente scotto. L'ho poi segnalato sia al cameriere che al momento di pagare il conto, ma non ci sono state particolari reazioni, se non uno stentato " mi dispiace lo faremo presente al cuoco". Ci saremmo aspettati almeno un dolce o un liquore offerto, per compensare, ma sia il personale in sala che la persona alla cassa non erano particolarmente affabili. Peccato, perchè il locale presenta molto bene, è in un'ottima posizione e oltretutto è collegato all'hotel Aegusa dove si soggiorna ottimamente Nello stesso ristorante si fa anche colazione convenzionata con il suddetto hotel, ma il livello è abbastanza mediocre, in linea con il ristorante. A nostro avviso c'è parecchio da migliorare.

29/09/2024: DISGUSTING AVOID If I had the option to rate it a 0 I would, absolutely the worst meal we have eaten in Italy, avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting that they serve that crap to paying customers.

28/09/2024: We ordered two pizzas, salad and a side of fries They use frozen pizza which wasn’t even cooked properly. The fries weren’t even cooked properly. It was all inedible and cost €45. This place is an absolute joke and a stain on Sicilian food culture

17/04/2025: Posto incantevole, pranzato con la vista sulle saline. Pranzo davvero ottimo., abbiamo scelto antipasti e pasta (busiate) a base di pesce.Location/Ristorante in ottima posizione per godersi una cena con tramonto sulle saline.Prezzo qualita' in sintonia Ritorneremo con piacere.

06/04/2025: Locale con atmosfera familiare. I piatti erano ben curati nella presentazione e negli ingredienti. Vista incantevole sulle saline e sull’ isola di Mozia.

02/03/2025: Sad place, dark place, we stopped for a coffee and a chocolate, the place was empty, there was a lady at the cash register (I think the owner) and another one who was arranging some tables and a dog on a leash that barked the whole time. Dirty tables, dirty floor, time for a coffee and we ran away, we definitely won't be back.....

26/02/2025: Wir haben uns bei schlechtem Wetter in dieses Restaurant gerettet und dort zu Mittag gegessen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach, aber das Essen war frisch zubereitet und hat gut geschmeckt.

21/09/2024: Nel passeggiare nelle vie del centro ci siamo imbattute in questa Trattoria. Vi consiglio di non fermarvi e stare attenti Vi elenco con foto dei piatti e scontrino del perché. 1 ) Antipasto da non descrivere per la desolazione 2) grigliata per 2 a Euro 40 tutto decongelato con un totano duro e immangiabile +6 gamberi che non erano freschi + 1 fetta di pesce spada secca 3) tonno con cipolla caramellata stracotto e anche questo decongelato 4) vino bianco e l'unico frizzante sul menù con prezzo esposto a euro 14 che poi al tavolo il gestore ci a esposto a euro 24 per un rifuso di stampa dando la colpa alla moglie che non ci aveva avvisato. La Sicilia che stiamo conoscendo in questi giorni non è questa - pseudo furbi.....

18/09/2024: Place run by an exquisite family who makes you feel at home with their kindness. Cozy and picturesque restaurant, offers high chairs and outdoor and indoor tables. The menu is excellent and varied, without exaggerating in endless choices. It offers fresh and delicious meat, fish and typical dishes. I was also very satisfied with the children's menu. For my family it is an obligatory stop on our holidays.
