It's a shame that the products on the menu aren't all actually available: it's a bit unpleasant that out of 4 things chosen, 4 aren't there and you have to settle for something else. Perhaps it would be better to update the menu, inserting only what is actually there, so as not to create false expectations and disappoint customers

11/06/2025: The fish seemed fresh to me, I liked it. The service was a bit distracted, with dishes going here and there, "swapped" orders etc... But in the end you eat what you ordered.
The atmosphere is nice and you feel "at the seaside".
28/05/2025: We had read many negative reviews, but we decided to come anyway. The staff was friendly, the food was great, though the prices were a bit higher. At the end, we even got a small glass of granita as a gift.
As a bonus, the place offers a beautiful setting and great views.

09/03/2025: Posto acchiappa turisti. Location pessima. Prezzi da locali di lusso. Fermati per un semplice aperitivo, uno spritz e un analcolico, in piu ci hanno portato 4 patatine contate e arachidi salate in una piccola ciotolina. Pagato €11,50, a parte che il calice dello spritz era piu piccolo, la cosa che ci ha infastidito è la voce Bar nello scontrino 2,50 per le patatine, dove di solito sono inclusi nel prezzo degli aperitivi. Non ci vedranno mai piu.

16/04/2025: Great little bar, right in town, along the winding streets up to the top of Salemi. Good food options and lovely service. We got pasta and paninis, as well as drinks and snacks. It was a great place to stop during our Sicily Divide bike ride.

01/01/2025: Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience as as soon as I arrived the service was immediately informal, but strange... being told to change tables because 4 people were too cumbersome, I didn't perceive it as flattering. But we went further since the restaurant is clearly not that sophisticated. The chef recommended two truly mediocre starters and a series of appalling first courses: overcooked and tasteless rice and some bad busiate. The icing on the cake when the bill arrived we finally saw something amazing... the amount they asked us was totally anachronistic with the quality and quantity of the food offered! A real steal! Too bad Marsala is a beautiful city and I'm sure it offers much better than what we've seen!

04/05/2025: Polite and kind staff, shame about the quality-price ratio, in fact for a family lunch I ordered a plate of tasteless spaghetti and clams, it felt like eating plain pasta with clams on top and a very high bill compared to the paltry quantity and quality of the dish. Considering the substantial trip we took, we hoped to find better, unfortunately expectations were not exceeded.

30/10/2024: Fatto colazione a metà ottobre. Quindi nemmeno alta stagione. Due cappuccini con lattedinsoia e 2 cornetti circa 10€. Onestamente mi pare troppo.
27/10/2024: Qué café encantador en una posición tan hermosa - muy cerca de la orilla en San Vito lo Capo. Llamamos aquí un par de veces, mientras que en la zona - el café era delicioso y la gama de helados también es absolutamente excelente. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar.

29/05/2025: The food was very tasty and waiter Emanuel was amazing. Just for information - this is one of the restaurants where the "coperto" is included in your bill. But here they deserve it. We were in other restaurant in Trapani where we paid it but service does not worth it.

23/08/2024: The place is very nice and in a beautiful place. Too bad it lacks everything that a bar like this should have. The only things they offer are coke, orange juice and coffee (not latte because they don't even have milk). The service is terrible, just think that there is no menu (as there is nothing to offer) and not even a glass of water was given next to the coffee. Furthermore, although it is almost completely empty, they are not even kind enough to let you sit in the shade after having eaten, but they insist on making you sit in the sunniest area. This didn't just happen to us, but to many who, after having rightly sat down and ordered, were forced to change tables. Lastly, the staff (particularly the lady at the cash desk) was very rude from the start, from the non-existent welcome to the payment. I add for information, although it is a frequent and understandable practice, that to use the bathroom, drinking is mandatory.
18/08/2024: Last night my partner and I had dinner here and for a couple of hours we were immersed in the beauty and in a timeless atmosphere; we ate very well (among other things, exceptional Genoese pasta and a very light fried cappuccitti) and we were pampered by Nicola and Paola with rare professionalism and kindness (even with our little dog).
A place that I highly recommend, also for the value for money, hoping at the same time that it does not become a mass tourism destination, which would ruin the atmosphere.

Pranzo davvero ottimo., abbiamo scelto antipasti e pasta (busiate) a base di pesce.Location/Ristorante in ottima posizione per godersi una cena con tramonto sulle saline.Prezzo qualita' in sintonia
Ritorneremo con piacere.
06/04/2025: Locale con atmosfera familiare. I piatti erano ben curati nella presentazione e negli ingredienti. Vista incantevole sulle saline e sull’ isola di Mozia.

Keiner der Kellner hat sich wirklich zuständig gefühlt.
Da gehen wir nicht mehr hin.
Die Leben nur davon, dass man mal die Bewertungen nicht gelesen hat!!!

08/06/2025: Il Whyte Café è molto più di un semplice bar: è un luogo dove gusto, atmosfera e accoglienza si fondono perfettamente. Perfetto per iniziare bene la giornata o concedersi una pausa con gusto!
Il locale è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera calda che ti fa sentire subito a casa.
Il personale è gentile, sorridente e attento: ti accolgono sempre con una parola gentile e il sorriso sulle labbra.
Ottimi gli aperitivi: ben curati, con drink preparati a regola d’arte e stuzzichini abbondanti e gustosi.
L’ambiente è ideale sia per chi cerca tranquillità che per due chiacchiere con gli amici.
Un locale dove si respira passione, energia positiva e grande professionalità.
Consigliatissimo se siete in zona o volete vivere un momento speciale nel cuore del paese.
Un bar che unisce qualità, cortesia e passione. Complimenti davvero!
