08/11/2025: Not a positive experience. The food is good, but the service is terrible. You can't wait more than an hour for a dish. The waiters wander among the tables as if they were waiting, and if you point out the situation, they'll tell you everything's fine. Meanwhile, you wait, wait, wait. You ask for something, they wave at you, and you don't understand what it means. You can't afford to keep people waiting that long these days. I almost left without eating, but I was too hungry. In the end, I ate, and the dish was a bit stale, and it all stuck in my stomach.

31/08/2025: A friend and I stayed at this hotel the first week of August 2025. We had a great time; the rooms were always clean and tidy, with towels changed daily. The breakfast was varied and complete, including homemade desserts. The staff was friendly and helpful. A heartfelt thank you ❤️ to Luana for her kindness and helpful advice. Hugs!

11/09/2025: The perfect spot for an aperitif with a view of the Piana della Ghirlanda and the Montagna Grande. After enjoying the crostini and passito, we also purchased some of their specialties, including the delicious cream of onion.

17/07/2025: I may be going against the grain, but paying 30 euros per person for a few crostini and three wine tastings seems crazy to me. I'd gladly pay even more, if there was a reason... But how can you do that? You can fool someone once, but not twice!

09/11/2025: I've had the opportunity to use La Cialoma's services several times, both privately and commercially. The food is good, with relatively well-crafted dishes, while the prices are significantly higher than the quality/price ratio. The service provided by the wait staff could be improved; it's a bit slow considering the price of the dishes. Meanwhile, the quality of service provided by the management, who should be setting an example, is quite lacking, if not nonexistent...and quite rude at times. It's a shame!

20/10/2025: We went on a monday night. We ordered two cocktails, bruschetta, shrimps, tuna steak and roasted potatoes and paid 90 euros. When we wanted to order, half of the stuff on the menu was missing. The cocktails were incredibly average with little alcohol. We got 2 types of bruschetta’s although the menu promised 3 types but at least they were good. My tuna steak was overcooked and full of bones. My girlfriend had shrimp which were 25 euros and she only got four. The only thing that was really good was the roasted potatoes. When we wanted to pay we had to wait for 15 minutes because all of the staff were ignoring us. Overall a bad experience.

12/11/2025: We went to this restaurant in front of our hotel. We have arrived around 7:30PM and it was empty. At first we thought it was closed but a waitress came to welcome us. We have ordered various dishes. Food came quite quickly. Then a young adult came to propose activities for our kids while we finish our dinner. Around 8:30PM customers have arrived with kids. We were just not on italian schedule :)

22/09/2025: A pleasant surprise, we went there without checking the reviews and we were not disappointed. The pizzas are simply excellent and the service is quality. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

20/08/2025: Last year I rented a house nearby. My neighbor recommended I go for pizza. That year, I didn't have time, so I didn't go. I returned this year and rented another house nearby for the holidays. So I went with my family for pizza. I booked a table outside. The tables are practically right next to the sea, although since it's dark, you can't see anything. The pizza is truly excellent. I had a four-flavor pizza, as I like it: ham, artichokes, sausage, and mushrooms. The toppings were plentiful, or rather, very plentiful. Excellent. So I even went back a second time to get it to take out. I also tried the spaghetti tarantina with mussels, and I found them delicious and very well-seasoned. The service was prompt and very attentive. The prices are average. Recommended.

14/10/2025: A nice shop in itself, with original decor, and nice and clean. You have to take the seemingly typical high prices and small portions with equanimity or humor. Four small pieces of breaded cod for €18 (without any side dishes, which are extra), or the fish burger with a portion of fish equivalent to a fish stick, are certainly... funny. But it's probably also due to the location, which is very touristy.

27/10/2025: Beautiful place, overall good food, but in my opinion, there are some things that could be improved. Table service needs improvement. Several mistakes were made: - Immediately upon arrival, we were brought two beers we hadn't ordered. - After ordering two draft beers, we were brought one beer and one lager. - A sandwich was ordered in pieces, and it arrived whole. - A medium-rare meat sandwich was ordered, and it arrived rare (almost raw). Food quality: Decent food. I would increase the amount of fries served with the sandwiches; they were too few, and I didn't like the lager. Too weak... though that's a personal preference. Nice atmosphere... I would return only if they improve the service... too confusing and imprecise.
