17/12/2025: At Monelle, right in the center of Alcamo (main square), I ate the best pizza of my life. Soft and light dough, yet just the right amount of crispiness: a perfect bite and, rare, incredibly digestible. The flavors are refined, never overpowering: balanced saltiness and a clean taste. Superior-quality ingredients and creative toppings, with a wide selection of highly original pizzas and ingenious combinations I'd never seen before. For me, it's a true excellence, not just locally but at the Italian level.

03/01/2026: Nice, clean restroom, somewhat informal service, but that's okay, high prices (a coffee with a drink costs €2.50). What's really bad, in my opinion, is the soccer field next to the beach umbrellas, where professional men's teams and registered youth teams come to train, making a huge racket. They scatter among the unoccupied beach umbrellas with their radios, making a racket when anyone is resting. Balls are constantly coming in, leather balls that come with great force. I've seen people hit by the pain go home, people with broken personal items and glasses, balls slingshot into the middle of the children's playground, and if they hit one, they'd be sent to the hospital, if all goes well. This is a beach, not a stadium. Those who pay have the right to be at peace, not to constantly look up; balls are coming in. The owners should decide whether to make money from the field or from the beach umbrella customers.

07/03/2026: The pizza dough is truly delicious, but the customer service is terrible, and the owner is a thug. The customer service approach is very poor, because in this business, courtesy and politeness are everything. Delivery time needs reassessment; a 40-minute delay is highly unacceptable.

23/02/2026: A memorable dinner, truly delicious food, excellent cuisine, and perfectly proportioned portions. The fried gnocco with cured meats was delicious, and the dessert was delicious. I highly recommend it, and it's also very close to the highway, so it's perfect for a stop on a road trip! The parking lot is huge, perfect for campers too!

22/02/2026: Truly one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Truly spectacular cured meats, very friendly and helpful waitresses. For meat lovers, I recommend the rib eye steak, cooked rare; it melts in your mouth, truly tender! We'll definitely be back.

29/07/2025: Best bakery in the area, if you're going to the beach, a stop first is a must. Best cannoli with ricotta and cantaloupe I've ever had. Always a must-go. 🔝 😋

26/07/2025: Delicious products! We got them to go and ate them by the sea! The service was very slow as there were so many people wanting to pick up their products. You take your number outside and wait, then you enter one by one with only one person at the counter.

01/03/2026: Wooow! This was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten! Light dough with a crunchy crust, super digestible and for only €7! A must try if you’re in Castelluzzo!
