03/09/2024: I'll be back after a year, wonderful view, excellent service apart from someone to send home, exaggerated prices, if you have any pizza left you pay one euro for the box🤨 luckily you couldn't breathe otherwise they'll make you pay for that too, never again, the most dear of all😔

27/08/2024: Volevamo provare questo posto,senza aver prenotato, poiché la difficoltà di comunicazione nell'isola ci ha complicato la cosa. Incuriositi da alcune recensioni, anche ottime,abbiamo fatto un tentativo.
Purtroppo, l'accoglienza ha rispecchiano altre recensioni negative, non ci è sembrato il trattamento dovuto a possibili futuri clienti, cosa che non saremo nemmeno prenotando

An informal restaurant where residents and non-residents are welcome all year round, for both lunch and dinner (reservations are recommended, even though there are multiple rounds of reservations).
We have stayed several times, both in the nice air-conditioned interior and on the large veranda.
Really great food at more than reasonable prices.

04/11/2023: Pranzo di sabato di grande qualità a base di ottimi ingredienti di terra e mare. Servizio eccellente e bellissima atmosfera riscaldata dalla stufa/caminetto. Se la qualità è a questo ato livello converrebbe tornarci anche per un soggiorno oltre che per un futuro pasto.

01/09/2024: Esperienza decisamente positiva! Al mattino siamo partiti per una magnifica escursione in barca attorno all'isola con Alessandro e suo papà Mauro. Grazie alla loro esperienza e simpatia abbiamo scoperto tutti i luoghi più suggestivi di Marettimo, dalle impressionanti grotte alle più azzurre calette, godendo anche di un sincero pranzo a bordo (bicchieri di vino e pane cunzato, la felicità!). Arrivato il momento della cena ci siamo fermati ai Freschi Street food, assaporando le freschissime proposte del giorno: polpo e patate come a casa, spiedini di ricciola eccezionali e busiate ricciola, pomodorini e crema di agrumi, buonissime!
Da mattino a sera Alessandro & family svolgono il loro lavoro con passione e dedizione, consigliamo a tutti di fare la loro conoscenza :)

On s’attendait à avoir des petits hors d’œuvres en attendant les pizzas, du style pain à la tomate, etc.… Finalement, nous avons eu une friture mixte composée de frites, croquettes de pommes de terre et galette de farine de pois chiches. tout ça sentait le congelé cuit dans l’huile, et avant de manger une pizza, nous avons trouvé ça gras…
22/08/2024: Not very honest with tourists and food (gastronomy and not pizza) is not very good.
Very expensive compared to quality.
Drive few minutes to find several better locations.

We had dinner outside and there were midges everywhere due to the lights, they even ended up in the pizza. Pizza not great. My son was sick when he came home, but we were part of a group and the others didn't complain anything.
Whenever the children got up from the table they were scolded badly.
Service that leaves something to be desired, perhaps due to the lack of staff.
Overall I wouldn't recommend it and personally I don't think I will go back.

25/08/2024: Unfortunately, the pizza is not at the same level as the other Calvino's, the pizzas are decent, the service is quick and very courteous but for the original you have to go and stand in endless queues at the Calvino pizzeria. Excellent prices
13/08/2024: Delicious pizza, a pleasure to taste. I took rianata Napoli and margherita and they were all superb, the real Trapani pizza!

We choose what we want to eat in the window. The meat is prepared and cooked to order.
19/07/2024: Cozy location! The very friendly and helpful owner made our dinner a very pleasant experience. We ate some very high quality grilled meat. Definitely recommended.

16/09/2023: After more than 60 days spent in Sicily I can definitely say that in my opinion (and it's all subjective) the best pastry shop on the stretch between Palermo and Trapani. Above average quality, wide choice of clean place and professional and friendly staff. I don't pass through Alcamo without stopping here. For me number 1. 👍👍👍
