17/08/2025: I'm editing my review, having been here four years ago. I'm not removing the five stars because we had a good time at the beach, even though it was quite far from the sea. We went to eat at the Bagno Sirenetta restaurant in the evening, and I can say that the pizza was good, although they could have done better with the vegetables and eggplant. The fried fish was good. However, the service from the short, flip-flop-wearing girl who served us was terrible. I'm giving zero points for the service. Because we could see the faces she made when we asked her to take away the pizza in the container and a coffee. I'd say her behavior was unpleasant. Then she spilled the food she was clearing off the table all over my little son. Her apologies were half-hearted and noticeable. We also found the head of a small shrimp from the mixed fried fish on top of the Margherita pizza we'd asked to take away, as if it had been put there on purpose. I don't know who the girl is, whether she's the owner's daughter or granddaughter, but it would be better to leave her at home and hire other waiters who are more suitable for the service. 18/09/2025: A delicious experience at this restaurant. A refined and elegant location, with friendly and professional staff in the heart of Trapani's historic center. A wide selection of organic wines at reasonable prices. All the dishes were superb, with quality ingredients and sophisticated pairings; truly a temptation for the palate! Prices are in line with the quality and service offered.

29/08/2025: When tradition becomes caricature. We had chosen this restaurant with enthusiasm, convinced we would be experiencing the authentic Trapani couscous experience. Not only had we announced our intentions well in advance, but we had even booked accommodations in the area for the occasion. The result? A monumental disappointment. The appetizer: two plates of fried fish, divided among six adults, already hinted at what was to come. But the "famous" couscous exceeded all expectations... in a negative sense: a bland dish, devoid of seasoning, with three measly pieces of fried fish thrown on top as if to mock the customer. When, in a polite tone, I expressed my concerns, the owner found nothing better to do than ask me where I was from, insinuating that I was incapable of understanding the local cuisine. An attitude that was not only rude, but also presumptuous: you don't have to be a food critic to know when a dish is simply poorly made. The bill, then, after the 20% discount (obtained solely thanks to the accommodation and certainly not out of courtesy), and leaving aside the small cake for my daughter's birthday, would have been completely disproportionate to the quality offered. Finally, the service: more than professional, it was caricatured. From the waiter who uncorked the bottle with a carnival-like bang (the only bottle we drank, given the scarcity and mediocrity of the labels on the paper), to that prim and proper air of someone playing a role they don't know how to pull off. A poorly executed performance, the classic "I'd like to, but I can't." In conclusion: in Trapani, home of excellent cuisine and sincere hospitality, there are undoubtedly far more worthy alternatives. This place, unfortunately, is an example of how an extraordinary culinary tradition can be transformed into an experience to be forgotten.

I received a warm welcome for my birthday; the food, service, atmosphere, and staff were all top notch. I stopped by on Monday but didn't realize it was closed... what a shame. 26/09/2025: I give the pizza 4 stars because it's good. I give the service 4 stars because it was attentive, kind, and quick to fix a small problem with the draft beer. The only downside is the location: it's the only place that doesn't say anything, but it's surrounded by deafening noise (we left immediately after dinner because it was so loud).

21/09/2025: Great restaurant with a view of the city and the sea. The gnocchi with pistachio pesto was divine! I highly recommend it. The pizza was also very tasty, but we've had better dough in Sicily. The service was super friendly and accommodating.
