Prima di immergerci nei i fanghi rigeneranti dello specchio di venere decidiamo per una sosta pomeridiana a questa azienda agricola antistante il lago. Il locale si presenta con uno splendido giardino dove rilassarsi a bere o mangiare qualcosa di tipico, noi eravamo un pò in velocità e abbiamo preso 2 birre del birrificio artigianale pantesco e le panelle preparate sapientemente dalla titolare palermitana. Prezzi in linea con quelli dell'isola, personale simpatico e disponibile.

We have been back several times! It is a family-run kiosk overlooking the beautiful Lake Venus. After crossing a low wall you enter directly into a colourful, convivial garden made up of tables surrounded by greenery and chatter all around. Homemade and typical gastronomic offer, with a kitchen that is open all day! Please note, the place is not intended to be a restaurant but a refuge for simple and tasty breakfasts, lunches and snacks. The couple who own it are extremely helpful and give all kinds of advice on the area. Highly recommended!!

Sitting here in this oasis of peace, simplicity and taste, we are releasing this 5 star review entirely deserved by the kindness and friendliness of the owners and the goodness of the typical local products they offer. Only by reading the first page of their menu does one understand how MaRai simplicity and taste is an obligatory stop on the island of Pantelleria. Beautiful location on Lake Venus. Friendly and pleasant staff. We eat eggs, cured meats, salads (obviously also capers); you drink (order Pantipa) and above all you feel very calm and no one chases you away if you get hooked......

Wonderful place inserted in an already splendid context such as Lake Venus. Very well-kept environment and managed by the owners in an excellent way. They are empathetic, friendly, friendly and try to please their customers as perhaps no one else can do nowadays. Mariagrazia, in addition to being a fantastic cook, is a cultured, kind person who loves her work and in particular her splendid island. He told us all the wonders of Pantelleria, making us feel and perceive the true spirit and soul of the island. We tasted some excellent local zibibbo and panelle made masterfully on the spot. Oven-cooked olives always excellently prepared by Mariagrazia with background music selected by the highly sought-after owner that pleasantly accompanies the entire meal. In short, the perfect place to spend a moment of relaxation and peace surrounded by nature and truly genuine and true people. Both in the sandwiches and in the house dishes and in the extra dishes of the day you can feel the love and passion that goes into the preparation. Excellent sandwiches, genuine and tasty dishes, service and hospitality that you reserve for friends when they come to your home. We tasted a fantastic and incomparable prickly pear granita, which I would honestly propose as a UNESCO good, it was so good. Very honest prices. Recommended with full marks!!!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti da quello che nasce come un food truck e diventa un agriturismo alla mano e molto accogliente. Cibo ottimale, con vista lago: consigliatissimo!

Posto magico. Come dice una nota pubblicità mangiare in mezzo ai melograni con lo spettacolo del Lago di Venere non ha prezzo ma qui i prezzi sono onesti e il cibo genuino. Bravi

Questa struttura nella quale ho pranzato con prodotti del territorio dai sapori semplici, mi ha regalato un'esperienza che da emozioni, dalla location ai sapori al personale alla musica, tutto concorre al benessere del corpo e dello spirito. Grazie di cuore.

La mia fidanzata ed io durante il nostro soggiorno pantesco abbiamo optato per un pranzo in questo locale. Proprio sul lago di Venere c’è questa oasi di ristoro. Piatti semplici fatti con prodotti di qualità coltivati (quando possibile) da loro. Il titolare simpatico e cortese, prezzi più che onesti visti quelli che solitamente si trovano sull’isola.
