27/08/2024: Go through the front door, don’t hesitate for a second. The pastries are excellent and the owner adorable. The cannolis are filled with ricotta à la minute. A special mention for the cornetto al pistacchio. But hey, no stress, everything is divine!!

25/08/2024: It took me three days to find a free table, but it was worth it. Nice place in a fairly quiet area, right background music, very friendly and professional staff, right from the booking. We took a caponata to split in two as an appetizer, busiate with Trapani pesto, spaghettoni with sardines and a delicious pistachio jar for dessert.
All very good and served on very beautiful plates.
25/08/2024: We were welcomed into this fantastic restaurant by Francesca, a fantastic person just like the cuisine she offers, the typical dishes can be seen to be made with love, in these 4 days on holiday in Trapani after the first evening we couldn't help but return here on the last evening, busiate san carlo sensational, not to mention the couscous and seafood caponata. Super super super recommended superlative waiters who put you at ease! GO THERE.

25/08/2024: Ci siamo tuffati negli antipasti sia “caldi” che “crudi “ e il caro Liborio come al solito non si è smentito. Siamo andati al secondo con due dentici in crosta di sale, cotti al punto giusto e con le carni molto tenere. Il servizio è stato curato da due giovani molto gentili e professionali. Tornarci e’ sempre un piacere.

23/08/2024: The farmhouse, located in the countryside of Salemi, is large and well furnished but is appreciated above all for the abundance and freshness of the food prepared, simple and tasty. The cappidduzzi and ricotta tart are excellent.
23/08/2024: If there is a restaurant not to be missed in Sicily near Trapani, it's this one. Isolated, quiet, you can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool but above all enjoy a plethora of dishes, each better than the other. A word of advice: come on an empty stomach.
Taste the gnocchi with cream and pistachio. Delicious. The rest, take your time and enjoy. Good appetite.

Delicious ice cream cakes to look at and, above all, to the palate. Sales points in Paceco and Marsala and, with a motorized cart, even traveling, often intercepted under the Marausa tower. Unmissable.
