08/11/2025: A place worth discovering again and again, so good are the dishes offered by this excellent restaurant. First and foremost, the couscous, rich and expertly prepared (if you can, order the coarse semolina couscous the day before), but the busiate del tempio pasta is also excellent, a truly rich pasta with an enveloping flavor. Raw red prawns and sardines wrapped up an excellent dinner, washed down with a good Catarratto! The final treat, Marsala stravecchio... We'll be back for the fried foods; they were passing by us with a delicious aroma... Well done!

29/08/2025: We stayed for 2 nights. Fabrizio the host is very attentive and provides detailed instructions and recommendations. The dinners were truly amazing, dishes are local, the atmosphere is charming and calming, we are gluten intolerant and everything was managed by the chef, we didn’t feel left out of local experience, we got same dishes as others without gluten and really delicious, including desert, great great service. Wine tasting was full of knowledge with local stories very entertaining, by the way wine is delicious

07/08/2025: Tarantola Farm is the place to be! Fabrizio helped me organize a surprise cooking class for my boyfriend and I. He was incredibly accommodating to any dietary restrictions and always helped with a smile. Led by the great chef Francesco, we had an amazing 3h cooking class where we prepared a full 5-course Sicilian dinner using some of the best produce and ingredients. After a lot of fun in the kitchen we enjoyed the food we made ourselves on their beautiful terrace surrounded by the vineyards and the calmness of the Sicilian countryside. Definitely recommend spending some time at the Tarantola farm if you feel like escaping the busy coastal cities. This cooking class was truly one of our favorite moments this trip. 10/10 would recommend!

At 1:30 PM, when we asked for another course after those already ordered and eaten, he replied that the kitchen had already been cleaned and it was no longer possible to order. Not only that, but 15 minutes later, they started clearing the table completely and cleaning underfoot while we were finishing our drinks (as in, "You've eaten, now go away, we're in a hurry to close.") 17/11/2025: We received a very warm welcome during the off-season! The food was delicious and very reasonably priced; I recommend the Pizza Mojito and the homemade Parfait Mandorle for dessert. Good portions and a friendly, family atmosphere. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back. Grazie!

05/12/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, excellent structure, charming place, food nothing special, on a plate of pasta they put parsley but it was not written on the menu and they complained when I asked to remake it because we do not eat parsley, as for cleanliness they have the dog that wanders around in the kitchen and between the tables... I expected better given the photos they publish, the road to get to this place is quite complicated... what can I say, we were unhappy
