Our stay at Tarantola was truly unforgettable. The setting was picturesque, the team was so kind and helpful (despite our limited Italian), the location was perfect to explore the Northern coast, and the food was hands down the best we’ve had in Sicily. We will probably be talking about those dinners for the rest of our lives! The menu was different, creative, and impeccable every night of our three night stay (and an incredible value). We can’t recommend highly enough!

Nestled in the middle of a beautiful vineyard, we spent a day enjoying excellent, authentic food. Everything was carefully prepared, and then you add the kindness of the staff, always ready to fulfill our requests. In short: served and revered. I recommend everyone to visit Chef Francesco and his team at Tenuta Tarantola. Thank you for everything. 🫠

Perfect Sunday at the Tarantola farmhouse. ​We stayed at this farmhouse nestled in the Alcamo countryside today and were speechless! ​The food is delicious and incredibly plentiful: the appetizers were endless, with so many courses, and the caponata was truly amazing, out of this world! The first and second courses were equally excellent. ​The location is enchanting: all the greenery surrounding the property is meticulously cared for, and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is fantastic, incredibly kind and welcoming. Excellent price.

We visited Agriturismo La Tarantola for lunch on May 1st, and it exceeded our wildest expectations. The service was very friendly, the food was generous, and the quality of all dishes was excellent, with portions satisfying even for those who enjoy fine dining. A final note to the owner, who exudes love and dedication to his work, which he manages to convey beautifully to his customers, making them feel at home. Highly recommended!

Today we had the pleasure of having Easter lunch at this place where kindness reigns supreme... We were delighted by an array of appetizers that filled our mouths with the flavors of home with every bite. For me, who is celiac, the chef made all the appetizers gluten-free, delicious. I had a super delicious tabbouleh. It was wonderful to be able to sit at the table and enjoy the same dishes as everyone else, but tailored to me... all prepared by Chef Francesco, who, after delivering each dish, came over to greet each of his guests one by one... A small but very welcoming place... We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

We discovered this place by chance, and not knowing the place before booking, we rightly took a look at the reviews. I must say that I can confirm the good reputation of the place. The staff are very kind and very friendly, attentive to customer requests, the cuisine is impeccable, a place that makes you feel at home, not only for the helpfulness of the staff, but above all for the homely flavors that you find there. You live and breathe a homely atmosphere 360°, I wholeheartedly recommend it and I will definitely be back too!
