04/01/2024: Bel posto. Si mangia benissimo. La gentilezza della proprietaria e delle cameriere è proverbiale, Menù abbastanza completo e piatti presentati alla perfezione. Andate senza nessun problema. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Prezzi nella media di Ortigia.
10/12/2023: Locale piccolo ma accogliente, personale simpatico ed efficiente. Abbiamo ordinato una carbonara di mare e un tonno in crosta di pistacchi. Non velocissimo il servizio, ma poi la qualità e quantità ha ripagato l’attesa. Solo peccato per i tovaglioli di carta. Consigliato!

Unfortunately the atmosphere is sad. No windows, tiles, plastic chairs. Very unsuitable for the prices.
Staff friendly, if a bit careless.
The food is overpriced for the quality. My local tuna was thin and overcooked with only a few tomatoes and rocket leaves on the side for 18 euros.
My wife's tomato soup with the mussels was great.

04/11/2023: Great location for an incredible Sicilian meal. A cavelike restaurant with many tables it service which is second to none. Excellent wine choices with local wines front and centre. The antipasto Rustico is full of beautiful bites of loveliness (even without the meat). The pasta course of a special with greens is unbelievably lovely. The pistachio crusted tuna tasted divine. This is cooking by a real nonna and her team.

Gli interni sono molto curati e il cortile è bellissimo
La cucina di alto livello e gli ingredienti utilizzati tutti di prima qualità a cominciare dal pane e dall’olio che non smetteresti di mangiare
Noi abbiamo assaggiato il polpo la polpetta di triglia su insalata di finocchi e arance le busiate con sugo di calamari e come dolci il sorbetto di mandorle e pistacchi e il gelato alla crema (entrambi home made)
Ottima scelta di vini

Seby - L'Osteria was recommended to us, we had a wonderful evening there, the food, hospitality & atmosphere were all good.
I would definietly recommend this restaurant, the small Island of Ortigia, is simply beautiful.

Whenever I bring friends to eat they are always satisfied. Excellent choice also for the wine list. At the end of the meal you can't help but enjoy the freshly prepared fresh ricotta raviolines, all accompanied by top spirits. 7 spices a guarantee
