07/04/2024: We arrived at 4.00pm we parked I paid €5 for parking we arrived at the entrance to buy tickets to enter they wouldn't let us in because we had a pincher breed dog (smaller than a dachshund) the only tag said that pets were not allowed. It is located in front of the box office. Why not put it in front of the car park entrance? But not only did I go back, they didn't even give me my parking money back. But I say they could have told me at the car park that we wouldn't have been able to enter with the dog. I paid €5 for 5 minutes of parking. I felt robbed. It's a shame. Considering that human beings are dirty and uncivilized compared to animals So if you plan to go to the reserve, be careful not to bring pets.

Teases from the staff and a blatant "Goodbye" said with pure derision by a kid who came out of the kitchen and which the waiters echoed in a decidedly unprofessional manner. I will certainly never help my friends or family increase their earnings again. When you manage a commercial business, especially of this kind and with a decades-long history, you must understand that poor services are responded to with professionalism and not with mockery, otherwise it would be necessary to change jobs! Why not informing us BEFORE... WHY??? I had no cash.... I had invited a colleague... he finally had to pay.... A very difficult and embarrassing situation which has ruined the entire experience....

26/12/2023: Very characteristic restaurant, pizzeria, furnished in maritime style, a stone's throw from the sea, in the seaside area of ​​Fontane Bianche. Fish dishes, but not only, really tasty, very fresh and quality products. The flavors of the pizza are diversified, enough to satisfy the most demanding palates. Desserts are also served in the restaurant, including the prized ricotta cannoli with chopped pistachios. Excellent quality-price relation. The venue has parking, anti-Covid regulations are fully respected. Highly recommended!

31/10/2023: Unfortunately one of the worst experience in Sicily. We booked a table but we didn’t get the chance to dine at the restaurant, we’ve been made to wait for almost half an hour after our booking. They kept saying we were next to be seated but they kept letting pass other people in front of us. We went home very hungry and we couldn’t dine anywhere cause it was very late. We definitely not recommend to go here.

04/04/2024: Very good Pizzoli, in my opinion the best in Sortino. In summer the location is beautiful on the outdoor terrace with carob trees. Unfortunately, in the winter the voices inside the restaurant echo too much; for the rest everything is top!

29/03/2024: I chose this beautiful location to celebrate my birthday and I didn't regret it at all. excellent food and particular menu (for me it is important to find dishes that are different from the usual). The impeccable service and I would like to give special credit to the waiter Cristian, who was very kind and professional.

14/03/2024: We went after 7pm. Besides us, there was a loud group, and within 15-20 minutes the restaurant was full. It was very good food. It is true that the arancini could have been ground better. the gnocchi was very good. The fish dish is also 5*. The pizza was also delicious (but I prefer Neapolitan pizza). We wanted to repeat it on Wednesday, but unfortunately Wednesday is a holiday.
