03/04/2024: Beer was ice cold and so was the service, I like those two. Food was the worst I’ve had in years. Tasted like a day in bed tomorrow.
01/04/2024: Tourist trap. Not sure why this place gets such high reviews but it’s not very local at all. Everyone eating there is a tourist and I totally regret going there versus walking further into Ortigia - even if those places are touristy, at least you have good views!
The portions were very generous. The pistachio ravioli was very bland and the seafood pasta was not fresh. We didn’t finish either one.

07/04/2024: We arrived at 4.00pm we parked I paid €5 for parking we arrived at the entrance to buy tickets to enter they wouldn't let us in because we had a pincher breed dog (smaller than a dachshund) the only tag said that pets were not allowed. It is located in front of the box office. Why not put it in front of the car park entrance? But not only did I go back, they didn't even give me my parking money back.
But I say they could have told me at the car park that we wouldn't have been able to enter with the dog. I paid €5 for 5 minutes of parking. I felt robbed. It's a shame.
Considering that human beings are dirty and uncivilized compared to animals
So if you plan to go to the reserve, be careful not to bring pets.

23/03/2024: We ordered from the digital menu inside the restaurant, very simply, and in just a few minutes everything was delivered to us, perfectly, and so we went for lunch: the crunchy salad with chicken and parmesan flakes was excellent. The place was quite clean...we were very satisfied...we will definitely go back 😉👌🏻...!!!

We came across this place by chance, searching on Google, and the reviews didn't seem too bad. Only later did I deduce that these positive reviews necessarily come from people who don't know how to eat.
We ordered a Cous Cous with fish and vegetables, the fish was spoiled! Inedible! Freshly there wasn't even a napkin at the table. Then some spaghetti alla
Bottarga: very salty and in a bath of oil, these too are inedible. Spaghetti allo scoglio, also made with frozen preparation, disgusting. And the mussel sauté, frozen mussels of the worst kind, cooked in lemon juice. Really everything is nauseating and vomiting. I was sick all night, we would have needed gastric lavage even if we only tasted the dishes. The place was also full, I really don't understand how they can eat in a place like this! To be avoided like the plague, not recommended.
31/03/2024: Nice place, pleasant food even if the fish was obviously defrosted. Regarding the decidedly poor service, too slow, arrived at 1.30pm, the starters arrived only at 3pm and then the first course arrived at 4.45pm.... I thought I had booked for lunch, not dinner… Bad experience

15/02/2024: Fantastic lido in San Lorenzo, very close to Marzamemi. The sea is like the Maldives, even more beautiful! Large and comfortable beach with all services including parking. We also eat well.

07/04/2024: Food not at all refined, very touristy and done for the sake of it. Anyone who wants to taste the real Sicily should go elsewhere. We reluctantly left the entire second course on our plate and they didn't even bother to ask us why. Never again.
06/04/2024: This is the second time we go to this place where the food is delicious but the service this time leaves something to be desired after ordering starters and first courses I ask the girl should we also order the second courses so she already knows everything? He replies, we don't need it, we'll order them later, but at 2.30pm he tells me that the kitchen is now closed to order 3 mixed fried fish. At that point I got up and paid the bill for what I had consumed, avoiding disturbing anyone because of the bitter and sweet coffee we had. in the pastry shop

07/04/2024: Rudeness, poor service and inadequate management characterized the evening only for having pointed out a disproportionate wait for the delivery of the pizza. Teases from the staff and a blatant "Goodbye" said with pure derision by a kid who came out of the kitchen and which the waiters echoed in a decidedly unprofessional manner. I will certainly never help my friends or family increase their earnings again.
When you manage a commercial business, especially of this kind and with a decades-long history, you must understand that poor services are responded to with professionalism and not with mockery, otherwise it would be necessary to change jobs!
