01/04/2024: Typical Sicilian cuisine, good food, good quality/price. A piece of advice to give, as there are many rooms, reserve one only for tables of up to 4 to avoid excessive confusion of large tables.

25/03/2024: Table booked from 6.30pm. I arrive 15 minutes late due to confusion and am told that the reserved table was no longer there. I came down from Modica for a sandwich and this is the result. Then you might as well not take a reservation given the small number of tables.
Terrible service.
19/11/2023: Good but the sandwiches are quite expensive compared to what is available around.

13/02/2024: I’m already a big fan of Luigi’s Pizza and we go here almost every week in the evening. Today we tried lunch for the first time and were absolutely happy:
- super price (15 € for 2 courses and a glass of wine or a bottle of water included)
- super presentation
- super taste (we had the meat menu, there is also a fish version every day)
- super service as always 😊
If you are looking for a bright and nice atmosphere for a delicious lunch, this is the place to go. Absolut recommendation!

11/03/2024: Ottima la scelta e la qualità delle pizze, tutte a lievitazione naturale - niente gonfiori strani dopo cena … - e piatti di pesce freschissimo. Dolci deliziosi . Carta dei vini adeguata.
05/02/2024: Grande capacità in cucina e piatti bellissimi e buonissimi dall’antipasto al dolce. Forse non indovinatissimo l’accostamento della pasta con purè di senapo e gamberi, perché questi ultimi erano sovrastati dall’amarognolo della verdura. Ma comunque complimenti allo chef per il coraggio di rischiare.
Un neo da sistemare il rumore. Io dividerei la zona pizzeria dal ristorante vero e proprio. Forse un po’ classista ma almeno offrire in sede di prenotazione l’alternativa fra zona tranquilla e quella più rumorosa, se proprio non si può fare un intervento strutturale .

29/12/2023: Menu cucina molto povero, ciò nonostante, non avevano neanche quel poco… Pizza nella media. Personale poco accogliente e scostante. Certamente non tornerò e lo sconsiglio.
08/10/2023: Nice place, fast service although it needs improvement, as we order the platter of cured meats and cheeses, and we receive the platter with only one type of cheese, a little disappointing because we would have preferred more cheeses, even if the cured meats were good and then not they brought us neither breadsticks nor bread, next time be a little more careful. The pizza choices were good but not very good, prices were average and all in all recommended.

02/01/2024: Look this is simple, stop wondering stop looking for other reviews just book a table and go. This was by far the best restaurant out of 30 we had done during our trip around Sicily.
I found this restaurant from looking at the reviews however the day I was looking to go it was closed. I called and Giuseppe told us to come anyways (4 of us). He went to the market made us a special menu from everything he had bought that day. He had opened the restaurant just for us.
The service was immaculate, the wine was fantastic. But the show stopped was BY FAR the food. I've been fortunate in my life to eat I some of the best tables around the world and without a doubt in my mind this would be top 5.
If you're even anywhere remotely close to this place, do yourself a favor and stop by!

03/02/2024: In its genre it responds to the imagery of an inn serving a guest who seeks the strictly monastic essentiality of simple dishes... from an expert hand thanks to Donna Rosa's desire to delight... informality has made this place a place of refreshment the last of the taverns in Sicily where the extraordinary cook today assisted by her son (gruff and a little opinionated) daily since 1959 offers traditional dishes to her transversally social clientele!
