19/02/2026: A truly fascinating experience in the heart of Modica. The variety and selection of chocolate is incredible, with unique and sophisticated flavor combinations. The atmosphere is extremely clean, well-maintained, and modern. I truly appreciated the staff's willingness to let us taste all the different types of chocolate available: a great way to make an informed choice about your favorite flavors. A recommended stop for lovers of quality!
29/01/2026: There was a tour program, which included explanations of various chocolates and a brief demonstration of the technique for infusing chocolate with aromas in a back room.
I was a bit disappointed with the hands-on experience, as it wasn't about making anything.
The chocolate didn't stick to the roof of your mouth, which was a unique and luxurious touch. This is said to be due to the low-temperature process separating the chocolate from the sugar.
I visited a sandwich shop in Syracuse, and while they sell the same chocolate, I couldn't sample it.

09/03/2026: Authentic Modica cuisine, the name aptly reflects the lost flavors. I've returned to the tastes of 50 years ago. Flavors that had been lost over the years. Must try for yourself.

01/03/2026: I visited Osteria Dei Sapori Perduti and was truly impressed. The special appetizer was beautiful and prepared with authentic ingredients, with old-fashioned aromas that hark back to true tradition.
A special compliment to Oriana, who was very kind and professional. The service was impeccable. Highly recommended! 👏

21/10/2025: The "Santa Maria" bakery is a must-visit not only for its delicious homemade bread, baked daily by Mr. Iemmolo, but also for enjoying the delicious local biscuits. The highlight is undoubtedly the delicious impanatiglie, a typical Modica dessert.
We were greeted by Mr. Iemmolo's daughters, Grazia and Valentina, who were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and always ready to recommend the most tempting products.

We chose them to prepare our son's baptism cake and our wedding cake because of the great trust we have in them. Their availability, professionalism, and attention to detail have led to a trust that has grown and developed over time, giving us absolute confidence that we will be more than satisfied with the result, so much so that we can entrust them with such important and meaningful tasks.

03/01/2026: I found it by chance while desperately searching for a place to stay for New Year's Eve, and I must say it was a stroke of luck. A charming place surrounded by greenery and nature. Total relaxation where the phones don't ring. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is home-cooked and prepared just like the best family. I highly recommend trying and losing yourself in this agriturismo.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and as soon as you enter, a clean smell envelops you—a wonderful feeling!
The excellent quality of both breakfast and dinner.
The best part? The surprise: gluten-free. A heartfelt thank you to the owner who, unexpectedly and without my asking, provided me with "cunzato" bread, and last but not least... chocolate cake for breakfast! What more can I say? Grateful for this thoughtful touch!
We'll definitely be back!
