Price too high for the plate served.
Lack of quantity, fortunately there was bread.
A starter, a main course, a glass of wine, 84 euros for 2 adults.
To avoid
16/03/2024: While the service was good, there was no atmosphere being cold & like an echo chamber.
The food serves were small, especially the sardine pasta - 3 minute sardines!! The swordfish was just ok.
The food was over salted & when we asked for pepper, we were told the food didn't need it!
I think they are trying to be a Michelin restaurant, but are far from it.
There are much better restaurants in Modica.

31/03/2024: We had the chance to eat Easter lunch in this nice and clean place, run by very nice and helpful guys. The dishes were really delicious and to be savoured: the octopus was truly sublime, the fresh pasta delicious and the tiramisu... Well there are no words. Excellent value for money. What can I say: Absolutely recommended.
04/02/2024: Bellissimo locale in centro a Modica. Menù con tante opzioni particolari, piatti cucinati divinamente con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Noi abbiamo optato per un antipasto di salumi e formaggi e uno con le polpette; mentre i piatti principali erano gnocchetti sardi, pasta con pistacchio e hamburger. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Anche i dolci meritano, soprattutto il cannolo scomposto. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

For me who suffer from various food allergies, chef Paolo treated me like one of the family, as if I were at home
06/10/2023: Thanks to the Modica Beach resort and all it's staff for their support in organising our beach wedding. It was a fabulous day and we loved every moment. We especially want to thank the directors, the chefs, the maître d', the bartender and everyone else involved behind the scenes.
We could not have had such a special day without them and can't wait to see them all again soon.

02/12/2023: Locale molto carino sul lungo mare. La nostra esperienza è stata di un aperitivo di passaggio ma è bastato per capire che non è buono solo la location ma anche tutto il resto. 👍👍👍 Ottimo posto e bravissimo e cortese il personale.
20/08/2023: Posto bello, servizio no. Chiesto un crodino: non c'è Sì ripiega su San Bitter. Chiesta fetta di aarancio: non c'è.
Preso quindi san bitter senza fetta di arancio, inoltre 3 birre, una aranciata ed una tonica. Chieste patatine: non ci sono, solo patate fritte da pagare extra. Chieste noccioline o qualunque cosa da accompagnare: idem.
Però prezzo da bar, nemmeno san bitter offerto...
Si può andare ntare per la location,ma preparatevi prima!

06/04/2024: We ate Caponata, Ravioli with ricotta, Cream of shelled broad fava beans from Modica and Cassata siciliana. The food was commendable. The service is fast and friendly. We will stop by again.
01/04/2024: We love our traditional cuisine and L'Osteria dei Sapori Perduti represents it with such skill and quality in the dishes. The ricotta ravioli are excellent, and the chickpea soup is superlative which I recommend... very nice place, simple but rich in history, the story of our grandparents. It takes you back in time. I congratulate the owners and the staff, who are very kind.

Pizze con ogni tipo di impasto e disponibilità anche per il senza glutine e senza lattosio (con cottura su forno a parte)! Parecchie le varietà di pizza a base sia di pesce che di carne e le tipologie di bevande (ottime le birre)

It was supposed to be the first time but I more than willingly give up, the poor service was already understood before entering your home
