22/03/2024: A place that deserves to be known! We dined at Single as a couple and were amazed by their cuisine! Friendly, professional and attentive waiter to customer needs, he was able to recommend some amazing dishes, also pairing an excellent wine with dinner. The venue has an intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind the dishes you can perceive the uniqueness, commitment and originality of the idea! Prices are appropriate to the type of cuisine. We will definitely be back, it's not easy to find places of this level in the area.

04/04/2024: Very nice shop which offers excellent chocolate typical of the Modica region. Friendly welcome in English and Italian. The saleswoman introduced us to and tasted their specialty: chocolate refined with plants to give it a unique taste (tobacco, pepper, orange blossom, etc.). Very original packaging, perfect for bringing back an authentic souvenir from Sicily. Right next to the Duomo.

21/03/2024: You can try all the chocolates. The employee was extremely nice and told me the background to the chocolate and production. It was definitely worth a trip.

06/04/2024: Both the breakfast and the pastries were excellent, as well as all the other products. Strategic meeting point with ample parking.

02/04/2024: The accommodation we stayed in recommended that we come here to eat local snacks. We loved it! The old couple were super nice and enthusiastic. The three of us ordered three kinds of rice balls to eat: fried rice balls arancino, phyllo bread Scaccia, and pie Impanate Siciliane. The most touching thing was that they took the initiative to cut each of us into three equal parts! It feels too warm~ The food is also delicious. When we were eating, many locals came to the store to take it home. It is certified as an authentic old store and recommended~

07/03/2024: Homemade Focaccias and Arancini at a very good price. The owner is very friendly, even though we don't speak Italian we managed to understand each other very well.

21/03/2024: I tried this place for my lunch break: fast and efficient, perfect for those with little time. The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes, with a wide choice of rotisserie, first courses, second courses and side dishes. The only flaw? Plastic forks, uncomfortable and impractical. Recommended for those looking for a quick, complete and tasty meal.

17/12/2023: Very expensive, a pack of fruit juices sold at 2 and a half times more than the supermarket, exaggerated... among other things with a price displayed lower than that requested at the checkout.

11/01/2024: Abbiamo mangiato una selezione di crudita' di mare:una delle cene migliori fatte nel Ragusano!!!Siamo stati in altri ristoranti,ma non a questo livello per quello che abbiamo richiesto.Pesce freschissimo e personale altamente qualificato.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

I have a copy of a report from my hospital, and when my employer paid me the money and the remaining quarter he told me to go to the tax office yourself and collect it yourself. 28/03/2024: Very bad. Poor fish, and then we all felt bad, my husband took the pasta with wild boar and brought them the pasta with sauce bought from the supermarket. The bathroom was indescribably dirty. Never again. I advise against it

04/04/2024: An intimate and warm place, it makes you feel like you're at a friend's house. Quality products, artfully cooked by chef Luca, both raw and cooked are excellent. Welcoming, attentive and professional staff for excellent service. Advised.

06/04/2024: We ate Caponata, Ravioli with ricotta, Cream of shelled broad fava beans from Modica and Cassata siciliana. The food was commendable. The service is fast and friendly. We will stop by again.

01/04/2024: We love our traditional cuisine and L'Osteria dei Sapori Perduti represents it with such skill and quality in the dishes. The ricotta ravioli are excellent, and the chickpea soup is superlative which I recommend... very nice place, simple but rich in history, the story of our grandparents. It takes you back in time. I congratulate the owners and the staff, who are very kind.

21/02/2024: They recommended this restaurant to us to enjoy typical Modican cuisine. We were convinced we were eating well given the influx of customers. But we have rarely encountered such poor cuisine. In particular, the rib was tough and inedible, the home-made potatoes were raw and pre-cooked and the boiled meat was a piece of fatty meat cooked in water without any taste, just water, which was also not edible. I took it away for my cat but he rejected it. The presentation of the dishes was done without any care. We waited a long time for the food to arrive and we had to ask. Naturally we immediately reported the problems to the manager but the response was "impossible" all the customers are happy with it (I wouldn't say it from the reviews). However, we were not charged for the rib but despite this we paid too much, €40, as we managed to eat an appetizer and a first course which were also not very pleasant. Inedible meat and side dish. Drank water.
