29/03/2024: The products are excellent. It is now a historic place which, in terms of flavor and goodness, never disappoints. The problem is the shop is too small and in moments of confusion you can't understand anything. There are always those who try to move on. This can be solved with numbers. It would be a small investment that would help customers not get nervous.
28/02/2024: Entrance from a small and narrow street in front of the old Sports Field. The queue of customers waiting patiently outside certifies the quality of the products.

18/02/2024: Last night we ate, in the company of our two dogs, at Umami.
A truly beautiful, special and welcoming little restaurant.
We ate some fantastic fish dishes.
Original, but well made, good and elegant in taste and presentation!
I would recommend it to anyone.
Much more respect because they welcomed us with our dogs, who are not small, without causing us any problems.
Unique place❤️
04/02/2024: If it were for the environment ok. But if the great kitchen is a completely different thing. A good presentation is not enough to make you forget flavours, combinations and emotions. We're not here at all. I'm sorry, a sincere trattoria is much better.

04/04/2024: Traditional Modican and Sicilian dishes in general, excellent and well presented. Crowded especially on holidays and loved by Modicans, I always choose it with pleasure.

30/03/2024: Everything we tried was delicious! The caponata was served quickly and was very tasty. The pizzas we had were also nice and the gel alla mandorla the cherry on the top. Only disadvantage for non Italian speakers, that they don't have an English menu, and our waitress didn't speak much English.

21/03/2024: I tried this place for my lunch break: fast and efficient, perfect for those with little time. The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes, with a wide choice of rotisserie, first courses, second courses and side dishes. The only flaw? Plastic forks, uncomfortable and impractical.
Recommended for those looking for a quick, complete and tasty meal.
17/12/2023: Very expensive, a pack of fruit juices sold at 2 and a half times more than the supermarket, exaggerated... among other things with a price displayed lower than that requested at the checkout.

02/04/2024: We arrived at 4pm for lunch. There was just one person assuring the service for the all place. In the midst of handling other clients, the employee has prepared for us a pasta pistachio which was delicious. Bravo for the flexibility, service and for making our late lunch possible.
28/03/2024: We had a delicious lunch here with a board of local products, good coffee and homemade sweets. The host was very friendly and took the time to make suggestions and explain what he could serve. A nice experience!

02/04/2024: Hi, I would like to ask about the service. I was working in the Modica restaurant and my hands were cut open with a knife while I was working. I have a copy of a report from my hospital, and when my employer paid me the money and the remaining quarter he told me to go to the tax office yourself and collect it yourself. I am Arab and I don't know the Italian language. Please help me. Thank you.
28/03/2024: Very bad. Poor fish, and then we all felt bad, my husband took the pasta with wild boar and brought them the pasta with sauce bought from the supermarket. The bathroom was indescribably dirty. Never again. I advise against it

26/03/2024: When in Modica, you must visit Pasticceria Fede. Very high quality products (canolo is the best in Sicily), beautiful interior and very nice, charming staff. You have to visit this place not only once but often. I would highly recommend.

Here you won't find farmed mussels, but only local and sustainable fish with flavors that made me remember my grandmother's seafood cuisine!!! Thanks to Gianluca and his sister for their hospitality and authenticity. You are special, Gianluca a great chef! Oysters, red prawns, almonds and sea lemon, all according to seasonality 🥂
