22/07/2024: Ristorante da non perdere se si passa in queste zone. L’impasto della pizza buonissimo, leggero e per nulla pesante. Ingredienti di qualità e freschi. Il proprietario si vede che ci tiene alla sua attività e si mette in gioco in ogni settore, davvero da ammirare. Se la pizzeria fosse in una grande città sarebbe rinomata e sempre affollata. L’unica cosa da migliorare possono essere a volte le tempistiche. Ancora complimenti, é stato un piacere venire da voi!

17/08/2024: If you are looking for granitas, croissants, ice creams, pastries, one of the best in Sicily. We travel around a lot, not even in Acireale has such a good granita, almond, pistachio at the top. Flaky and brioche croissants that look like bombs filled with goodness, to be amazed, they can also be filled on the spot at any time of the day, we tried cream, Nutella and jam. You absolutely must try them.

15/07/2024: Great food and very nice service! All of the waiters and waitresses are professional and polite and all of them spoke English. They have a variety of meals that are a specialty of Sicily, and a lot of great local wines too.

16/05/2024: I give the maximum score for kindness, courtesy, welcoming family environment, fast express service, wood-fired oven for delicious dough with always fresh ingredients and a lot of assortment. Word of a loyal customer who greatly appreciates the pizzas made by the excellent Buijar.

18/08/2024: We arrived a little late because we got lost and we made many turns to park. The meter was very inflexible, not very empathetic and did not give us any other option. A disappointment. Luckily we found another restaurant that offered us a table if we waited 30m and we had a fantastic dinner.

14/08/2024: We moved to Scicli a month ago and all of our new friends recommended Noka Bistro and they were correct, it's amazing. We walked by on our way to another bar and stopped to look at the menu and the owner/chef came and welcomed us, wonderful person. He offered for us to have a beverage even though they were not officially open. I ordered a G&T and he asked dry or botanical (1st time anyone asked:)). Friends, saw us and joined us, which was nice the owner served them drinks too. We were sat at a beautiful table with candles nearby. The Server/owner (amazing) took my wife to the menu board and explained in detail all the seafood offerings. The food presentation is excellent and love the beautiful plates used. The food had a perfect balance of flavors and looked amazing. The service team were exceptional, always scanning to assist patrons and remove empty plates. They do not use paper menus because everything is made fresh to order and at times some ingredients are not always available, use Google Translate app to translate the menu and know all staff are fluent in English. The location and atmosphere are heavenly and tranquil. It's a culinary Scicli gem. Highly recommend and we will frequent often, so much more delicious food to try. We arrived at 1900hrs and they do get busy, recommend making reservations.

15/08/2024: Great food, prices slightly too high. Good experience, very friendly staff; unfortunately some prices are out of place. Especially regarding the starters.

13/08/2024: With the place full the organization suffers a bit, as expected. The presentation of the wine list is achieved with a bit of insistence but in any case the sommelier is empathetic and competent. It is embarrassing to have to ask the price of each recommended bottle but you have to consider that there are proposals for €20 and €200 so I would find it understandable to allow you to make an informed choice. The menu offers refined combinations and dishes, well presented. Unfortunately the quantity of the portions was particularly, excessively small, embarrassing. It was hilarious to see two cooked lettuce leaves arrive on a crouton for €12... our friend was less amused. Could it be due to the high number of customers? Seriously, the quality of all the dishes chosen cannot be discussed, we must give due credit. Place with 5 star potential.
