02/06/2025: Really very nice place. Very clean and very well cared for, with preparation in sight. The managers are 2 very nice guys and I must say with every order I always feel very good and they are impeccably punctual. Tables always full, a sign that people are happy. Recommended place for families and also for an evening with friends. Large sandwiches and very well cared for in the condiments and prices in the norm.

30/03/2025: The best horse meat in Ragusa, Poldo Planet is the top! The meat is exceptional, tender and tasty, the portions are incredibly generous. The dishes are stratospheric. Welcoming environment, friendly staff and top quality. Going out hungry? Impossible! Super recommended!

02/06/2025: AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS MANAGEMENT ARE THIEVES. Suffered an unfortunate accident and advised hotel for a change in dates with ample notice period but was offered no solace. A hotel that rips off guests.

27/05/2025: Good morning everyone, I am the manager of a group from Palermo, I wanted to tell you that we were on 17/18 May 2025 in this structure and I can confirm the kindness, courtesy, cleanliness and availability received. First of all, thanks go to the Director Mr. Longobardi Fausto and his staff for the organization, kindness and courtesy. Always in the middle of the group so that everything went well. I also want to thank the restaurant manager Giovanni and his collaborator Noemi and all the chefs of the structure with their tasty dishes. 05/06/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A flawless experience, to be repeated! Sakura is a real pearl among the all you can eat restaurants in Modica. As soon as you enter you are welcomed by a relaxing atmosphere: large, clean spaces, attention to detail and above all quiet, perfect for those looking for a quiet dinner without confusion. The food is exceptional. Each dish is prepared with care and attention, the flavors are delicate and balanced, with a very moderate use of salt - a detail that makes the difference, especially for those who appreciate healthy and light cuisine. The sushi is always fresh, well presented and varied. Even the hot dishes, such as spring rolls, chicken with almonds, are a real delight. The portions of pasta and first courses are deliberately smaller, but this is a plus: they allow you to taste more things without feeling too heavy. The staff is another strong point of the restaurant: kind, fast and always with a smile. Despite the crowds, the service is punctual and attentive, without ever being intrusive. The ability to order quickly via tablet at the table is also much appreciated: convenient, intuitive and saves time. Sakura is a place that combines quality, courtesy and a pleasant environment. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. I will definitely be back!
