We chose to go during the week to avoid the weekend chaos and the difficulty of booking, and it turned out to be a great move. The place is delightful, but what really sets it apart is the amazing service: the staff is incredibly friendly, and the welcome with spiced popcorn is a touch of class that passes the wait and makes you feel instantly pampered. The sandwiches are simply the best we've ever had, a true delight for the palate and cooked to perfection. Even the side fries, often overlooked, surprised us with their crispiness and quality. The prices are above average, but the experience is worth every penny. Highly recommended!
Great food and drink options, accommodating service, comfortable space. They offer numerous steak and sandwich options with several protein variations that will satisfy adults and kids. The Fried Ragusano was lightly breaded and crispy and sweetened with honey for a great combo. The BBQ sauce has great tanginess for wings or as a sauce for burgers or fries too. Be sure to specify how to cook your burger or steak to meet your expectations. I would go back with a group, so many good options.
On Saturday, March 14th, I booked a table for four people through TheFork at around 7:00 PM for 8:30 PM.
We arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes late, giving the restaurant the opportunity to free up the table. Once we arrived, however, the waiter told us he wasn't aware of the reservation, explaining that the restaurant only uses TheFork "for emergencies." This information, however, wasn't listed on the app, where the reservation was confirmed.
During the conversation, the waiter also made a slightly disrespectful joke, suggesting we book by phone next time. Despite the initial inconvenience, the staff was willing to seat us, even though the waiter himself continued to insist on booking by phone in the future.
Despite this, we still enjoyed our dinner. The food was excellent: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and satisfying portions.
Overall, the experience was positive from a culinary perspective, although the booking management via the app and the initial welcome could certainly be improved.
