I'd just like to point out the attention paid to minor room maintenance. Everything else is pleasant; you sleep very well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is very good. Dinners are decent, but nothing exceptional. The carpeting in the hallways also needs maintenance. The New Year's Eve entertainment was pleasant.

Definitely 4 stars for the nineties. (sagged mattresses) For 2025, 3. The location is great. The receptionist was pleasant, but for the lady to shove a piece of pizza into my hand on a napkin for breakfast was a real surprise for me. See the photo for the breakfast menu. Free parking nearby.

The hotel met our expectations, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent; we were always within walking distance of the various attractions, which was very convenient. The amenities were good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The building was elegant and the atmosphere pleasant.

We came to the beautiful Hyblaean city to explore its historical and cultural wonders. The centrally located hotel welcomed us warmly, and the staff were truly friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and good. We had a relaxing experience and visited many beautiful places, even on foot. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The Mediterraneo Palace is located in the center of Ragusa, which is why we chose it. The comfortable, carefully furnished room includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly, helpful, and ready to accommodate any needs. The breakfast is plentiful and high-quality. We highly recommend it.

It was a peaceful and pleasant stay. We were treated very well, and we even liked the room; it lacked nothing and was very clean. The food was high-quality and plentiful. The hotel also has convenient parking. Ragusa is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

05/05/2026: We often go back because the pizza is truly delicious, especially the one on a peel. Well-topped, well-leavened, and well-cooked. The service is excellent; the waiters are incredibly sweet, as are the owners. The desserts are exquisite! Especially the crunchy basket with cream and fruit and the flambéed crepes... Even the scenery while they make them! The fish dishes are delicious, and I really enjoyed the pasta with burrata and guanciale. The appetizers are excellent. The place is lovely, especially the garden in the summer. The wait times are short, even though it's always busy! I recommend it!!!
27/04/2026: A well-maintained restaurant frequented by locals. The menu features a number of familiar Italian dishes (the pizzas are definitely above average; note: the 'regular' is already quite large), but also dishes served less frequently, such as gnocchi and flatbread. Don't forget the original dessert menu. The service was warm.
