23/11/2025: If you go to Borgo Giarracca, wear a tie and jacket! 🧥😄 A rainy Saturday evening 🌧️ right in the center led us to this modern pizzeria with fluorescent lighting ✨. The place is very elegant 💫 and is tall—so if you have strollers, think about it... just kidding 😜 there are several rooms 🪑. The staff was very courteous and quick with service 🤗⚡. The menu features several classic pizzas with a few twists 🍕📜. The contemporary dough is very soft and fluffy, presumably with a long leavening 😍. They also offer specialty doughs (charcoal, grain, etc.) 🌾🖤. The ingredients are very fresh and well-distributed throughout the space 🥗👌. The airy dough is truly delightful 😋. 14/12/2025: Very good pizza. Well cooked in the center and with a nice crispy crust. Classic or multigrain dough, both light and very digestible, without feeling heavy. Very original variations, carefully crafted and balanced for a flavor that will amaze you.

31/10/2025: Delicious arancini with excellent crunchy breading, and a variety of flavors to choose from. We tried pistachio, potato, speck, smoked provola, and ragù. Overall, they're good, but the fillings are a bit bland and the flavors aren't quite there. I've had much better arancini around Sicily. The staff are friendly, and you can sit at a table. Prices are average.

14/10/2025: Were there yesterday, had reserved via website 2 days in advance, no answer, then when we called it was clear they were only outside, it was ok. Service so-so, very inconsistent, the young waiter was very nice and helpful, when we asked why there was no reservation confirmation he said the email had probably ended up in the spam folder. When we ordered wine he said he only had one bottle left, but could give us a different wine, same winery, but cheaper. The food was very, very good, we only had to order the same thing each time, so one meat and one fish probably wouldn't work. But the food really was very, very fine. Unfortunately the kitchen seemed to have run out of energy at the Dolce. Once we got a tiramisu in a glass and once a cheesecake, better in every café, it was extremely unloving and very strange that everyone got something different. In conclusion: Yes, the food was very good, but nothing special, at 60 euros per menu I would have expected more, especially at the Dolce. No need to repeat it.

A special added bonus was the owner, who kindly shared a bit of his past with us through two photographs hanging in the restaurant: a simple yet deeply moving moment, making the experience even more personal and authentic. A heartwarming trattoria, highly recommended.

08/01/2026: I loved the ricotta ravioli. The ribeye steak, however, was a very small slice for the price. The atmosphere is pleasant, a homey, family-run restaurant, not fancy.
