Al Paradise In Vittoria

We made a reservation for a Thursday evening at 9:00 PM. The waiter was very kind, and the service was prompt. The pizzas arrived within 20 minutes (note that we were the only customers, apart from one other table). The pizzas were satisfying, and excellent value.

The special pizzas are delicious, well-leavened and with unique, high-quality toppings. I highly recommend them.

We went to this pizzeria on the recommendation of friends from Scoglitti and had thought about doing the tasting menu, which really intrigued us. In the end, however, we didn't realize that you had to book a day in advance...our fault. Of course, with so many choices, we didn't lose heart and opted for two pizzas with Sammarzano tomatoes and one with confit yellow tomatoes. What can I say... very digestible dough, quality ingredients, and very friendly staff. For us, a must-see during our visits here in Scoglitti! Next time, I'll book in advance for the tasting! 😁

A delightful dinner, with welcoming, punctual, and very attentive service. The hosts are the ingredients they use, excellent in every dish. We were fortunate enough to sample their pizzas given the small turnout, and we were impressed with every bite by their masterful use of these wonderful products, the flours, and all their different leavening methods. It was truly a wonderful discovery. Congratulations, everything was perfect. Fabio, the chef and owner, is excellent and innovative, while still remaining closely tied to his homeland through his use of local products, selection of local beers, and much more. We will definitely be back.

Excellent pizzeria, in the center of Scoglitti, across from the main square. Quiet, clean place, very kind and helpful staff. Average prices.
