07/03/2024: Il ristorante, raffinato e con un’atmosfera soffusa molto romantica, si integra perfettamente con il palazzo antico che lo ospita. La tavola ben apparecchiata è molto elegante e si discosta totalmente dalla moda, sempre più diffusa, delle tavole senza tovaglia ed essenziale. Sono stata al ristorante con il mio fidanzato ed entrambi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione “Monte dei pegni” chiedendo una variazione del dessert in uno dei due menù. Per quanto riguarda il vino ci siamo fidati del consiglio del cameriere e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. I piatti, piacevoli alla vista e al gusto, dimostrano un’attenzione ai particolari da parte della cucina coerente con quella vista nei dettagli in sala. Ho apprezzato particolarmente le capesante scottate con purea di sedano rapa, salsa al nero e asparagi di mare, e il dessert: gelato al fico d’india con macaroon al pistacchio, crema di ricotta e morbido al cioccolato. Il mio fidanzato invece ha ritenuto molto interessante il prosciutto d’anatra all’arancia, indivia tatin, e crema di carote al cardamomo. Il personale è molto professionale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Abbiamo molto apprezzato che la cucina abbia personalizzato spontaneamente in occasione del nostro anniversario uno dei due dessert. I prezzi li ritengo coerenti con l’offerta del ristorante. Mi auguro che il ristorante raggiunga presto i riconoscimenti che merita, noi torneremo sicuramente!

16/03/2024: Absolutely spectacular. The food was creative in all the right ways and the service was perfectly attentive but not overbearing. Pietro was fantastic! Just what we were looking for to try some regional specialties. Definitely recommend the tasting menu - seasonal and delicious. We thought the fish course was a tad overcooked but still delicious in its zebra preparation. Make sure to try the chef’s homemade limoncello with your dessert.

22/02/2024: Gianfranco was our waiter and he was amazing. The food was delicious. The service was spectacular. The desserts! The desserts! Get the tiramisu it’s so good. We had a margarita pizza to start and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Nowhere in the states can you get a pizza that good!

18/02/2024: Abbiamo preso una grigliata di carne e tutto sommato era buona specialmente l arrosto panato. Una porzione di patatine fritte e si capiva che l olio di cottura era usato da un bel po'. La cosa che più mi ha urtato è stato il pane speciale ( una sorta di grissini fatti con la pasta della pizza, serviti caldi e accompagnati da qualche oliva ) alla fine lo abbiamo ritrovato nel conto a 5€. Non è per la cifra in se , ma pagando il coperto e ordinando un secondo il pane dovreste servirlo gratis o per lo meno se ha un costo aggiuntivo va detto subito quando lo consigliate . Tutto sommato non male , al centro tutti i locali hanno prezzi elevati, qui almeno i piatti serviti in maniera dignitosa con un Bell aspetto
