06/04/2024: Inspired by the crazy photos of the first courses cooked in this restaurant, I couldn't help but go and try it. We ordered a seafood salad and two first courses, also based on fish. The salad was really bad, just out of the fridge, very small mussels, everything frozen (as per the menu, I hadn't noticed before ordering). The first courses were plentiful but nothing special in terms of goodness. From the outside the place seems well-kept and welcoming, but once inside some details left me astonished: in the room there is a table with a coffee machine on it, cups and next to it the dirty rags used to clean the tables. It is very popular, given the passage area. I wouldn't recommend it, better a quick sandwich.

02/05/2024: Very good ! Very traditional! Hearty and CHEAP!! Between 4 and 4.5€ for a generous dish of dough. 5.5 the ravioli. A must-see address!

02/05/2024: A Sicilian classic, founded in 1834, with an old-style interior, mostly frequented by Italians, taking up a whole Piazza, next to a church. The Food was tasty, reliable and hearty, portions large enough to share. You will not be disappointed if you want traditional Sicilian staples. Tourists could be found inside to enjoy the kid-friendly traditional Sicilian lung and kidney meat sandwich served street-food style.

22/03/2024: Locale stupendamente ristrutturato in uno dei più bei palazzi STORICI di corso Vittorio Emanuele, in piena zona pedonale e con vista sulla cattedrale. All’interno perfetto mix architettonico di moderno (con un vero e proprio Museo sulla Apple e Steve Jobs) e antico, servizio eccellente come Tradizione Michelin vuole. Lo Chef mantiene le attese nel suo menu degustazione di terra e mare con ottimi incroci di ingredienti siciliani e internazionali che si fanno apprezzare per gli accostamenti, l’equilibrio, il gusto e anche la presentazione. Very professional and welcoming staff (with father and son as the maitre en sommelier). The specials of the day were amazing en incredibly fresh. Must do when in Palermo.
