A week in Palermo, I loved so many places... but Ballarak is my absolute favorite for an evening aperitif... At 6 pm, it's still lovely, across from a vast car-free park... we were greeted by a fantastic team, the beer is great, and so is the music!!!

Lovely lunch at the outdoor tables overlooking the gardens.
I RECOMMEND AN EVENING VISIT for an intriguing menu.
THE BEERS ARE EXCEPTIONAL.
In the morning, I tried their delicious couscous.

What can I say about a pub with 19 taps, all filled with local craft beers—homemade, actually.
The Gose is out of this world, one of the best beers I've ever had.

Great micro brewery, with an amazing selection of own beers. I am sure this will be a much bigger brand in the future. If you like beer and are in Palermo this place is well worth coming to. The beers are great and the service is really very good, the staff are all friendly , helpful and very welcoming!

A bar featuring a great selection of their own craft beers including IPAs, Belgian style beers, and German style beers, etc. We tried and enjoyed the IPAs and the Trappist beer. Friendly staff and good vibe.
