Unbelievable. The croissant was actually flaky, you wouldn’t know it was gluten free. The chocolate pinwheel was the same way. Everyone gluten free should come here

One of the best bakeries in Palermo, friendly service and absolutely fantastic baked goods. The cantuccini and almond pastries are highly recommended, all homemade. 😍🇮🇹

This bakery was AMAZING! I tried cannoli, arancini, and several varieties of cookies. I then went back a second time even though the bakery was no where near my lodging. They have a wonderful selection and the flavors and textures are perfect. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone visiting Palermo, especially if you are gluten-free!

I weigh over 100 kg and I like to eat well, as evidenced by my scale ;). I'm not adding photos because I ate everything so quickly that I didn't have time to take any. This pastry shop is a world-class masterpiece. It has some of the best caneloni in Palermo. Other sweets from Warsaw are top-notch. I recommend this place. A must-see in Palermo to try local sweets.

05/06/2026: My favourite spot to stop in Palermo!!🥰 Am Guilty of 3 consecutive days of trying how good Granita is here!! Mulberry, caffe, lemon, watermelon, almond - were the flavours I got to have! 😂 Great place to cool down under an umbrella outside & meet some of the lovely locals! The staff were so helpful & kind to this solo explorer! GrazièMillè💗!! Looking forward to my next Palermo trip & my family & friends trying your Granita too!😘

22/07/2026: Truly beautiful place! I'm from Campania, and I can say this place won me over. I was truly impressed by the familiarity, the welcome, and the attention to every single detail. The staff is exceptional: kind, smiling, and always available. We had two cuoppo, which were truly delicious and rich, with generous portions, as you can see from the photos. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. It was a pleasure eating here, and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a truly authentic cuoppo, made properly!
