17/09/2025: The cannoli are to die for, and then the granita and brioche are your resurrection. The father-and-daughter owners are delightful. It's a shame I went on the Wednesday before returning to Switzerland, as it was their closing day.

28/08/2025: Sourdough bread, excellent, the only flaw is that after 2 or 3 days it becomes hard/dry. If it were kneaded longer and left to rest longer, sourdough bread would be able to stay soft inside, even for more than a week. However, I understand the industrial needs, given that the company also supplies various types of food chains. All types of biscuits are excellent.

14/07/2025: A terrible experience from start to finish. I approached the kiosk hoping for a quick and pleasant lunch, but was greeted with total indifference and rudeness. The staff seemed bored, annoyed, and completely devoid of any kind of courtesy or professionalism. No greeting, no interest in carefully taking my order. I asked a simple question about the menu and they barely answered, in an annoyed tone, as if I were a nuisance. The level of rudeness was embarrassing. After an unjustified wait, considering there were very few customers, I was served a sandwich that was disappointing to say the least: soft and rubbery bread, tasteless meat, wilted vegetables, and sauces smeared everywhere. The whole thing smelled unappealing. After a few bites, I had to abandon it: it was truly inedible. Even the fries, which at least save the day in other places, were absolutely disgusting: greasy, soft, half-raw, and with a rancid flavor that left an unpleasant aftertaste. But the worst came when I tried to politely point this out to the staff: they treated me condescendingly, without apology, without offering alternatives, and in fact, with an almost derisive tone. No respect for the customer. The impression was that they didn't care at all about the quality of their food or the service they provided. I felt more like I was a nuisance than a paying customer. Furthermore, the kiosk was dirty and neglected: sticky tables, paper and trash on the floor, dirty trays left everywhere. No one bothered to clean or tidy up. Zero hygiene, zero care for the environment, zero attention to detail. Everything seemed abandoned, as if it were run without any passion or expertise. I can't find a single redeeming feature of the entire experience. Terrible service, disgusting food, rude staff, and a tatty, dirty atmosphere. A place like this shouldn't even be in business. I strongly advise against it for anyone who cares about food quality, hygiene, and respect. A complete waste of time and money. I will never go back.
