28/07/2024: Excellent pizza, but too poor service. Waiting 2 and a half hours for a pizza is absurd! We called twice, the first time we were told that they were being delivered and the second time that they were still preparing them.
You might as well refuse domicile a priori.

01/08/2024: Excellent pastry shop as soon as you arrive in Bronte, good cappuccino and coffee, the filletta, a typical dessert, is very good, the ice cream is excellent and to conclude the cannoli with pistachio cream is a pleasure.
The staff is very kind and very welcoming, the owner was very kind and very attentive to our every need.
Absolutely recommended

23/08/2024: For those who want to relax and enjoy a splendid sea 24 hours a day
24/06/2024: I stayed at this hotel last year and I don't remember if I did the review. I also booked for the next weekend at the end of May for the simple reason of having excellent memories of the holiday spent. Next Monday I will be able to make a more detailed review, accompanied by the most relevant photos. Continue to follow me in the next episode......
Here I am, as promised today, Monday 30 May, my stay is over for now and I have just booked another one for next weekend. What can I say, everything was perfect starting from the kindness and friendliness found at the reception (I was particularly struck by the professionalism of Francesca and all the others), I can define my stay as very satisfactory from all points of view. The location is stunning, an oasis in the Tyrrhenian Sea! Why go abroad to look for imaginary paradises when you can find it just two hours from Rome?
June 24, 2024. Finally after a year I fortunately managed to find an available room. She was the only one. As always I found a welcoming environment and impeccable service. Finding a good hotel overlooking a lush bay, fine sand, clean sea and excellent cuisine, an hour and a half from Rome is a utopia. The Summit Hotel is all of this.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Francesca who managed to secure my stay for next weekend too.

23/08/2024: Excellent service, fast, friendly, prepared, professional and attentive. Really good pizzas with excellent raw materials and very soft alveolated edges, Sicilian not greasy, fragrant, but in my opinion really poorly seasoned. Delicious and rich sandwiches, the only negative note was the frozen fried mixes which we absentmindedly didn't read, objectively it would have been a lot and of high quality if fresh.
21/08/2024: All very good, or rather very good, or rather space-age. The staff were also very kind. Highly recommended.

11/07/2024: Good compromise between food quality, service, environment, hospitality and price. The restaurant manager Chan understands Italian well, helps with orders and quickly serves abundant, rich and tasty dishes, obviously with the Only You Can Eat rule. It would be very incorrect and uncivilized to order food to the bitter end, just to try and perhaps simply taste it and leave it on the plate because it is not to one's liking or because one is now full (retrograde mentality, still very widespread in the South) taking advantage of the fact that it will not have to be paid, thanks to the flat rate payment formula applied by the restaurant...(you sit down for lunch and eat whatever you want for less than €20. )

24/08/2024: Invitato da amici ad una cena a base di polpette, mi sono ritrovato a mangiare cose che nn avevo ordinato! Piatto arrivato con patate invece di quello che avevo chiesto! Camerieri in confusione, prezzo dei vini da Montecarlo! Qualità tagliere da doscount! Mozzarelle datate…
24/08/2024: Polpette buone ma decisamente troppe e troppo pasticciate che finiscono per essere nauseanti. Consiglio se volete assaggiare quelle miste arrosto o ai funghi una porzione da dividere in due è più che sufficiente, piuttosto prendete altro, altrimenti finirete per esserne disgustati. A piccole dosi sono davvero buone, morbide, con carne di ottima qualità.

I booked with the fork and when we got there the place was closed because it moved to Marzamemi, no communication to let us know, and when I called the landline they didn't even apologise. Ok the managers, but the fork doesn't protect, thank goodness there are no advance payments otherwise it would have been absurd.
27/07/2024: Great sushi experience. We ordered à la carte, fresh sushi and different from the usual, the combination of sushi and South American flavors was certainly successful. One flaw is that the room is a little hot, but nothing unbearable

30/08/2024: Special meat, meatballs and sausage. Very tender with a succulent flavour. Perfect cooking. Attentive, very polite and fast staff. Very positive experience.
28/08/2024: Embarrassing.
We waited an hour and a half before seeing any food. When it arrived we found ourselves in front of a pistachio sandwich (when we had ordered a ham and cheese one) with totally acidic Philadelphia inside, charred steaks and raw onions. Everything apart from the meatballs was inedible.
To conclude, at the end of the dinner when we asked for a receipt they brought a post-it with what we had eaten written on it, with an extra meatball that they had brought back because we had now finished dinner and a mark-up of five euros on the price of the meal. dinner previously told us because according to them "they had made a mistake".
As someone from Catania, I tell you never to set foot again. All the restaurants on the same street cook better!

09/05/2024: We were there for lunch on May 1st and we felt mocked and humiliated.
The room, although very spacious, was full of people and tables packed to the point that even to go to the bathroom you had to ask the people sitting there to move. The menu embarrassed us (it wasn't even available the previous days on the various pages): a plate of appetizers of all types, two first courses (one with aubergines and a stuffed pasta with walnut sauce), a second course which was a slice of roast that couldn't be thinner, as a sweet mignon pastry (one or two pieces each). House wine. 40 euros per person!!!! I repeat, we felt cheated. The only positive note was the service because the waitresses were very attentive and kind.
We are used to going out for lunch on weekends, we had even been there before... but after this we definitely won't be back. You got these €40, enjoy them because you will never see us again.
