05/04/2025: Although 7:00 p.m. is stated as the opening time (web+entrance door), the service only started at 7:30 p.m. The waiter was very friendly and the boss directed me to the homepage when I asked for the wine list. However, nothing was deposited there. The food was very creamy and fat-heavy, tasty and generous portions. The restaurant is tastefully and casually furnished; Unfortunately it was quite cold near the fireplace, so we kept our jackets on. The price level seems reasonable to me.

04/04/2025: A truly excellent pizzeria! The quality of the pizzas is out of the ordinary: light dough, very fresh ingredients and perfect cooking. The pizza chef is a true master, you can see that he puts passion into every creation. The service was also impeccable: kind, fast and always with a smile. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves real pizza done properly!

04/04/2025: A pizzeria that really deserves 5 stars! The dough is a cloud, the seasonings rich and well balanced, every bite is an explosion of flavour. The pizza chef is an artist, you can see that he loves what he does and transmits it in every pizza. The service was exceptional: welcoming, attentive and super professional. It's rare to find a place where everything works perfectly, but here they did it. Congratulations, we will be back very soon!

23/03/2025: Excellent pastry shop. Small and large quality pastry shop. Try the small Sicilian cannoli (finally you can taste the real ricotta), also nice the cigars with ricotta and pistachio. Made in paper bag with other ricotta desserts (puff pastry with chocolate chips and ricotta handkerchief). If you like Sicilian pastry, even if not touristy, you absolutely have to stop by.

25/03/2025: Recommended by a friend we went for lunch and I must say it was an excellent suggestion, we ate a first and a second course divided for two people, abundant and above all delicious courses. We also visited the cave with the river inside the restaurant, very suggestive!

25/03/2025: I didn't understand if it was a restaurant, a pizzeria, a pab. Food, nothing special, service the girls with all their effort were not professional. You eat outside in a large tent covered on the sides, like a tent city for earthquake victims. Not satisfied at all.

09/02/2025: Small typical restaurant located in Sant'Alfio with many pizza specialties including particular ones. The only flaw in the choice of the 5 cereal dough was not exceptional for me, while the other two with pistachio and off-menu with capuliato were very good and all well seasoned with quality products. Maybe I'll try another pizza with traditional dough. The rest, such as the wait or some distraction in the drinks which in any case arrived at the beginning of the meal, given the confusion of the Saturday evening and the tiredness of the staff who worked continuously, could be there... so there is no point in raising controversy as I have already read in other reviews. Definitely worth trying again.👌🏼

13/04/2025: Piacevole riscoperta dopo tanti anni, Martina e Valerio ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, silenziosa e discreta presenza durante la cena, servizio impeccabile e non invasivo, misurata simpatia senza mai strafare. Antipasto di seppioline fritte magistralmente, pasta con le vongole e con il nero di seppie buonissime (nero con aggiunta di poca stracciatella che ci stava benissimo - Valerio aveva chiesto prima se la gradivo). Conto forse un tantino alto, ma ragionando in termini di differenza con gli altri locali della zona, ampiamente giustificato visto quanto sopra detto. Il proprietario deve tenersi buono il personale che gli consente il successo. Consigliato.

01/04/2025: Truly excellent staff, extraordinarily smiling, attentive and, in any case, very discreet (Carol, Anna, Martina, Sara, Valerio etc...). The dishes, served with class and imagination, literally conquer your throat and leave you with the desire to return. Compliments!

08/03/2025: Una gran sorpresa in centro nella città di Pedara. Risotto al nero d'Avola e pecorino ennese top, primo al sugo di cinghiale superlativo. Angus tenerissimo e gustoso. Tiramisù per finire di buonissima qualità e gusto ottimo. Personale gentile e discreto . Locale caratteristico accogliente e caloroso.

Staff was super friendly (and spoke French and English) just absolutely charmed my wife with the family feel to the place. Great food that was honestly inexpensive for what we got. 28/03/2025: Trying the various pizzerias in Catania I can say that together with Sciara in my opinion they are the best.... pistachio arancini really excellent with real pistachio flavour, good and digestible pizza, excellent toppings... well done
